Two years ago, I had a follow up appointment scheduled, but when I arrived, I was told I had the date wrong (even though I had saved it in my phone when the appointment was made). They said they would have called me the day before my appointment. The day before my "actual" appointment, they didn't call and I showed up to a closed shop the next day. A few weeks ago, a family member had an appointment there, but received a call on the day of (a few hours before might I add) that the office would be closed. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, the receptionist called 40 min early and said she was late. Given that they called 5 min past the "scheduled" time, I highly doubt that was the original appointment. It seemed like they had an empty slot and moved up all the appointments without consulting the patients. TLDR: These people either can't be organized enough to handle a basic schedule or will be cunning enough to change your appointment date/time and blame you for "forgetting". No basic customer service skills.

Apparently the business is older than the building - they were at a nearby location before the current place got built. The waiting area is nice and spacious. Staff are professional. I'm 24 and my lower wisdom tooth started coming in and giving me a lot of pain. I booked in and they were able to do x-rays and see me in a very timely manner. The staff were very friendly and professional. Fast forward to the removal of the wisdom tooth - I got my right lower and upper Wisdom teeth removed. They did with me awake in the chair with some oral medications and some numbing injections - I was done in under an hour! I have AWFUL anxiety - especially regarding dentists - and had been dreading this procedure! It ended up being over before I could blink! The dentist and nurse were very quick and efficient while still being comforting and communicative. It's been about 3 days and my wounds are healing up VERY nicely. Thank you to BRUSH for making this experience as painless as possible. I will be continuing to see them regularly for my other dental needs.
