Thus I was able to book a time to get my leak fixed and a good idea of how much and how long it would take with no hassle. He arrived day of, got right down to work and was very nice and professional the whole time. Even after the judge ordered them to pay for all the damage they caused, in addition to refunding my money, Ashton refused to obey the court order! The courts then had to issue a WARRANT for arrest to force them to pay! DO NOT HIRE ASHTON! I made the unfortunate mistake of hiring Ashton to replace a leaking faucet and they quoted me $1900. Instead of simply installing a new faucet as we had agreed, two plumbers from Ashton showed up and unnecessarily broke my existing tiles, damaged and removed the concrete around the pipes creating an enormous hole in my shower wall, replaced my old pipes, and then installed new pipes for the faucet several inches off center with no concrete. They then wanted $3600, insisting that I now had to pay $1500 for garbage disposal. Ashton later admitted they were aware the pipes were not centered and kept quiet hoping I would not notice. After Ashton finally straightened out the pipes, I had to hire someone to temporarily attach tiles to a non-existing wall. Ashton then sent the original plumber to incorrectly attach the new faucet! I wrote a letter to David Fowler, the service manager at Ashton, as well as to the President and Vice President. David said he would send a plumber to attach the fixture properly, but nobody ever showed up. I ended up having to hire a different plumber to finish the job. All I wanted was a replacement for my leaky bathtub faucet and ended up with a complete nightmare! The judge stated that I did not sue them for enough money!

I think if we were not persistent with our side of communication it could have been a third day before we got help. Once we finally had a plumber, Raffy was very pleasant and respectful. He answered all of our questions and gave good advice to avoid future problems as well. Raffy was a pleasure to work with and it's unfortunate the events and lack of communication that led up to him showing up were not so impressive. I guess this is a good company for emergencies but we got shafted from the list for not being a major problem as it seemed.

It was a mess, even though that company was well known, until it went bankrupt. So, Flame is always our first call. They are skilled, ethical and decent to deal with.

i had a home ev charging station placed in my garage in may 2022 by west water electric ltd…read more installer name bryan fajkovic agreed to do the job for $700.00. in doing the installation an underground cable had to be placed from electrical panel in home to the detached garage. i the home owner had to do all the digging to place the cable to get to the garage. (it was west waters electric's job to the labor work) upon completion of the work, bryan fajkovic tells me the cost is $1300.00. $600 dollars above the price i was quoted. i wasn't happy that bryan fajkovic, of west waters electric ltd didn't inform me that the quote had changed. i reluctantly paid him the $1300.00 a few weeks ago i started getting message on my ev app that the charging of the vehicle was reduced because the cable was overheating (a fire hazard) i called blue crest electric ltd. (bbb) to come in and advise what needed to be done to resolve this issue. the following are the things blue crest electric found; 1. west waters electric ltd used a wrong breaker a (cutler happer) in a siemens breaker which is illegal and can cause a fire 2. branch circuit for ev charger was entered thru breaker compartment which again is illegal. i would not recommend using west waters electric for any electrical work as their work is cutting corners which could lead to an electrical fire.
