I asked Andy to do some rock chip repairs. He was fast and responsive with his replies through Yelp/Email. Also, his prices were very competitive. When he got to my home, he inspected my windshield, and it turns out, the "chip" I was concerned with was actually an old previously repaired chip that I had forgotten about. There was another smaller chip, but he noted that it was superficial damage and didn't need to be worked on. So there were no repairs needed, and additionally, he took a few seconds to buff out my previous rock chip repair that had had some extra residue on it. Andy didn't charge anything for the assessment or for him having to drive out from Winters to Davis on an early Saturday morning, even though he didn't end up having any work to do on my car. So this review isn't really about the service, since I didn't really get or need it. This review is more appreciation for Andy's professionalism, graciousness, and good will.
