We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project. Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. Omar was our point contact with the proposal and progress. Daily onsite the crew boss briefed us on days work and what was accomplished at end of long day. Pleasant crew, and resource of our house. Our house was only the second bay house they repiped so a bit of learning dealing with 3 floors on pilings. They used best materials Hubenor PEX A and copper joiners for completion outside. They were competitive lowest bid of 3 . We were pleased with the work and 2other plumbers here working on a remodel said their work was good. We would recommend We Do Repipes to neighbors.

The repair quote seemed reasonable and communication was really well maintained. My mother, who was meeting with the plumber, felt the entire interaction was professional and satisfactory. While we didn't move forward with recommended services that seemed outside of our budget, I did believe that a temporary solution was provided and the fee was reasonable for that. The amount of patience and understanding I was given surrounding payment was very gracious!
