The nurse practitioner Tammy C was outstanding. She treated me like a person and not a leper. She took the time to talk to me about my diagnosis and discussed treatment options. Front desk staff was outstanding. The great lady who helped me made me feel as if I was the only person that mattered. All this while I listened to customer after customer talk to the staff in a sarcastic or abusive manner as if the wait was some kind of concocted plan to torture the public. Great job keeping a smile and staying calm ladies. Not sure how you are keeping your cool. One person I saw definitely deserved a throat punch based on the way they spoke to you. All in all a great job to the staff based on the current ducked up conditions we are under (dear spell check, I have never typed the word "ducked" in my life, please stop changing it). Hopefully this review is not removed because it is probably the only 100% true review they have received. If my humor or honesty about how the public feels it is ok to abuse health care workers verbally bothers you then you are part of the problem not the solution. Have a great day. They explained that they cannot quote an approximate wait time because of problems in the past. We found out that everyone was there for a Covid test. There were 30 ahead of us and they were averaging 10 per hour. In anticipation of this and a potentially positive result, we brought leftovers from last night and sat in our car (as requested). On my wife's visit the nurse practitioner told us Covid positive folks can grocery shop or do other necessary errands as long as they wear a mask, wash hands; etc. On our next visit, Nurse Practitioner, Tammy, said to stay quarantined and have things delivered. That type of inconsistency needs to be addressed. The clinic will do a more than satisfactory job and communicate the results in a timely manner. The facility is clean and the staff is above average. 10/20

The doctor literally came into the room, stood by the cabinet supply vanity (not even by my daughter or to take a look at it) and told us "She's fine". Once she proceeds with looking at her arm she flat out tells me that my child is lying.... My daughter gets upset and starts almost crying pleading she's not lying and that her arm hurts. There are many types of pain especially in a growing child that could have different reasons for the pain being there but this doctor completely disregarded the patient, NO BEDSIDE MANNERS to say the least!!! I do not know this doctors name but we had a scheduled appointment today, April 10th at 4:00 pm. If management wants to look into this, they can  easily figure out who she was. I didn't feel like I got even 5% of proper care after paying for a doctors visit without insurance. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this location whatsoever (23 mile and Schoenherr); I'm sure there's capable doctors working there, but she is NOT one of them. HORRIBLE. As an adult, I can take bad care from a provider and go on with my day; but my 7 year old daughter is still hung up on it and asks "mommy, why did the doctor treat me so badly? She was so rude and I am not lying; my arm does hurt".  I understand kids say a lot of things, but my daughter is very sincere and I know my child .... I got some test results that I needed to take time to process. The doctor that was in on Wednesday October 23 and whoever was in on Monday November 4th were terrible and rude!!! I called November 4th to ask questions and the dr that was working was extremely rude. No care at all that something could possibly mentally affect someone. They got me right in, prescribed some medicine to relieve my back but wanted me to get my ankle X-rayed. Unfortunately I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they don't do X rays there so I had them done on Monday. Once they received the results Samantha immediately called to let me know it was in fact fractured. She referred me to an orthopedic doctor who I was able to get in the next day. She also was insisting I not bear any weight on my ankle until I saw them. She was so kind to help me figure out where to get crutches delivered. She was so helpful and caring. This was the second time I have used this Urgent Care and have great experiences both times! Thanks for your help! I'm only giving 4 stars because they don't do X rays.
