Not only did she give me samples to relieve the nausea immediately, she also wrote me a script, and gave me an alternative to the med I'm on that's causing the nausea. What we didn't expect - and what seems to have changed in the last year or two - is a large co-pay bill. Even for the flu shot which they advertise as 'free' at CVS ($80!). And on Medicare, a short visit was over $100 co-pay. No indication while you're there - just bills, texts, emails pouring in hard and fast afterward.

I went to the website to check out the hours and saw that you could pre-register online and pick an appointment time. I was thrilled! I entered my information and got a confirmation code for a 9:50 AM appointment. I also got instructions on what to do when I got there. The clinic's located in the rear of the pharmacy with signage overhead. There's a check in kiosk where you enter the check in code along with billing and personal information. The waiting area is extremely small, with 3 chairs. If it's busy, you are going to have to hang out in the isleways. There was one couple ahead of me, and they got called in a few minutes after I arrived. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect as it's been years since I've been to an urgent care. Am I going to have to wait 3 hours? Will I get what I need and start feeling better? To say that I was impressed was an understatement. The place ran on time and the whole thing was pleasant. The nurse greeted me and took care of me the entire time. There's two rooms to be seen in and I was so thrilled. It's just like being in a doctor's office with a licensed professional. We went through a barrage of questions and some minor tests to realize I have bronchitis! This explains why I've been extremely miserable. What started out as a cold turned into something much worse because I honestly thought I was going to get better. My copay was the same as a visit to a doctor's office. If I had gone to any other urgent care, I would have had to wait three times as long and spend a ton of money. Plus, I got to choose which pharmacy my meds went though. I thought I was going to have to use the CVS pharmacy and start fresh with my info. Nope, had it sent to Meijer's where they already had me on file. I am thrilled with my experience here, and would recommend this place to anyone in need of care when their doctors offices aren't available. It's not a substitute for primary care, but a bandaid when you cannot get into your physician's office. Thank you minute clinic, I am now on the road to recovery!

Both times the Doctors were thorough and I was so grateful to help immediately. In addition, I had to call in to get my prescription refilled and again they did it immediately. They offer telehealth appointments which saved me a lot of time not having to leave work.

In June 2025 I didn't feel…read morewell, I had a running nose, clogged ears and sore throat, so I decided to be visited at Pro Health Urgent Care of Rochester Hills, the city where I live. The doctor told me that I didn't have a flu. She also told me that I didn't have an infection, so she was not going to prescribe an antibiotic because it would have been useless. She gave me a spray for the nose called Flonase. After a few days my condition got worse and worse, so I returned to Pro Health Urgent Care and this time the doctor corrected her previous prescription and gave me an antibiotic. That is: what a few days before she said was useless. In fact, I DID have an infection. And after ten days of antibiotic I recovered. So the doctor botched the first visit, and botched the diagnosis... After a few weeks I received from Pro Health a bill for the first visit, that I promptly paid. But then, after a few more weeks, I received a SECOND bill for the time I returned to the Urgent Care! Wait a minute: The doctor made a mistake and I am asked to pay twice ? If the doctor had not botched the first visit and had given me the antibiotic the first time, I would not have had any need to return. So I decided to dispute this second bill and called Pro Health customer service. The customer service rep took notes, and told me that someone from the claim department will call me in one-two days. Nobody called. After 5 days, I called again, and I was told that they had contacted the doctor at the Rochester Hills place but she had not answered yet, so they didn't call me back because they could not complete yet the investigation. Five more days have passed. No news. So I have two complaints: 1) The incompetence of the doctor who visited me at the Rochester Hills urgent care 2) The lack of attention of Pro Health Urgent Care Customer service when a patient has an issue.

I had to make a trip to urgent care after a bite from my friends Gritty Kitty. A day later had a bit of swelling so I selected this location. There were a couple people in the waiting room. I had to do the cursory paperwork, ID and insurance card. Within 10 minutes, I had my data verified and made the required payment. Another 5 minutes and I was in the exam room. The Dr was polite and seemed knowledgeable. Was attentive to my injury and health issues. A little discussion in regards to antibiotics that I can and can't take. Within an hour, I was in and out. I'd definitely go here again. Like all of these types of facilities, you may or may not get the same doctor and staff.

*COVID TEST REVIEW*…read more Experience at office: 5/5 stars Experience getting test results: 0/5 stars I made a test online for the same day because I woke up feeling sick. They let me put in my info ahead of time which made paperwork easy at the actual appointment. There was very minimal wait time - they did two swabs - one for rapid and one for PCR tests. Everyone was very nice and speedy. I was told I'd receive a call for my rapid and pcr results. The next day, I still hadn't heard anything so I called them and asked if my rapid test results were in. They told me it came back negative and that pcr results would be in in a day or two. It has now been 10 days since getting a test and I still do not have pcr results. I have called every other day and they claim that their lab is very backed up on tests. In short, don't go to them for a PCR test because it could take weeks. Additionally, they did not send an email or call after getting my rapid test results, so if you do go here, be ready to call repeatedly to get your results.
