I got quick and friendly service! They were also very fair priced. I'll be going here again for my future needs!

Great customer service. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I prefer going to a family-owned…read moreshop that's been around for decades. It's reassuring. I am a woman and it's great to go into an auto shop and not have to worry about dealing with weasels. Example: The week before, they fixed a flat (different tire) which saved me the expense of having to buy a new tire. This week, I got a flat on a different tire (unlucky!). They were able to quickly replace my flat tire with a new one of the same brand, size, and series (would have bought two new tires, but couldn't fit in the budget). Even though their website didn't have any scheduled appointments, Tyler and Chase were able to squeeze me in. They gave me a great price and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. Thank you for the fast, capable service, Tyler and Chase! And after everything (both times), they properly stowed the spare tire! Waiting area is clean, comfortable, with free drinks. It even has a small table and chair set for kids. Garrett Tire & Auto will be my go-to from now on. Highly recommended!

They call me tell me the noise that I was hearing was from my big tires on my truck and charge me for a tire rotation, which I never agreed for them to do. I get to the shop asked them if they would ride with me to hear the noise I was originally talking about. To their surprise, they heard the noise I was originally referring to.I tell them what I think it might be and I left the truck with them to look at it again. I've attached the estimate they gave me to fix what "the issue was". My husband looks at it because he said there's no way that noise could be from what they stated. And what did he find out, sure enough all it was was broken brake clips. This cost me roughly $12 I think to replace. The whole point to this post is to say, wait let your husband look at it or you can just take it to the shop like I did get charged for something it didn't need and then get lied to about an expensive unnecessary repair. Also,I've learned that even though this is 2024 we are still in the 1900s Era where men think women don't know crap.

I am sure Meineke Springdale does excellent service in other areas, and deserves these great reviews at the time. I am only sharing my horrible experience. So beware of visits relating to warranty especially pertaining to engine Diagnostics. I had Roadside assistance tow my car here from out of state. It was the closest certified repair dealership required by warranty issues . My vehicle was suffering from oil consumption. Due to an improper engine Diagnostics to begin with, my engine is ruined. BEFORE it was damaged They installed an oil pan instead of replacing factory defective engine gaskets/seals which were covered by warranty. They said PROBLEM SOLVED.... Long story short, the engine was still consuming oil. So on the drive home or shortly afterwards the engine sustains irreparable damage. They then contact the auto manufacturer and tell them them I must have driven around without oil...seriously? Um..did you not refill it with oil after you installed oil pan?either way WARRANTY DENIED Lesson learned when owning a new car check oil daily and at every stop you make.

Now they say my rims are damaged and need to be replaced. I told them my vehicle was driving fine until they put new tires on. Gonna get a second opinion, as I can't help but believe the tires are the issue. Nice people but they have lost my trust!
