The most respectful and responsible group of people I've ever met in the auto industry. I went in for a check engine light and came out with a new appreciation for mechanics. Tyler hooked up his scanners but no problem showed up. (The check engine light had went out before I got there) He took my truck into a service bay. After 20-30 minutes he brought it out. Couldn't find any problems. He said it may have been something in the fuel line causing something to stick for a bit and to bring it back if the light came on again. Have used these guys about 3 times so far and have never had any problems that weren't resolved. They put a battery in for me once that didn't work, but they stood by their work, realized they'd given me a bad battery, and replaced it. I always enjoy talking to the gentleman at the front desk, and he is always very professional. I feel like he's really good about explaining the auto problems to a layman, and although I'm sure they can tell I don't know anything about it, I've never felt taken advantage of. They were timely in their responses, accepted my automobile and completed the service in the time promised, called with updates with what they found once they got in, and requested permission before proceeding. I took my vehicle there for an oil change, had a subsequent problem, and when I called to ask about the problem and schedule a return visit, I was blown off and they wouldn't schedule me. Then for a later car issue, I was quoted 3 times the price that I actually got the work done for elsewhere. Our daughter recently started attending the U of A and it reassuring to know that we can trust Garrett Tire to take care of her car. We purchased a couple tires there and had them check them fix one of the sensors. Excellent friendly service. She recently took it in because her "check engine" light was on. The Team at Garrett found an issue with a bent track at and some worn ball joints and were able to provide OEM. Parts and excellent service. They also performed an alignment upon replacement of my damaged parts and provided an oil change. Chase and crew we honest and provided excellent service.
