After 3 days from the original email asking for the enrollment documents and information I got an email with an attachment for payment authorization and payment breakdown. Ms. Monica wanted my bank account information and as of this still post never answered or sent anything about enrollment documents. I never had a daycare ask for payment before sharing or giving me the documents I needed to complete. I was not asking for my child to start before I paid. I just wanted to know all fees I had to pay up front and what documents needed to be filled out. Not sure if she asks for payment first from everyone. The email interaction lets me know all I need to know about this place and I'm glad it happened because when you go there everyone smiles and says the nicest things. I can see from the reviews and the way I was treated this place is not about kids. It's about money. I'm very happy I will not be spending my hard earned money at this place. Yes, Ms. Monica my hard earned because I would have be paying out of MY POCKET. and if you didn't think I could afford it should have said that. I wouldn't have wasted my time.

I reported it to management and Brianne handled it so poorly and was very dismissive about the entire thing. Im not sure why they continue to have her in management after so many negative reviews about her. My daughter started April 1st there and every day I would drop her off she would cry hysterical and beg me not to take her to that school. I thought it was just her having trouble adjusting to a new environment but when I would pick her up she would have tears dried on her face like she's been crying the entire day. Once she saw me she would get up in a panic and run to me and say mommy let's go home now and I didn't realize how serious it was and how traumatized she was until I took her out of this location and put her in another location. She has been in her new school since May 1st and has not cried once during drop off she even asked me if she could stay longer when I went to pick her up which never happened in 4 weeks of her being in the Hackensack location . She told me she doesn't want to go back to her old bubbles and friends school because the teacher is mean and that her teacher will get really mad when she cries . She says the complete opposite about her new teacher so clearly the problem wasn't her adjusting it was the environment and teachers in that location. I'm thankful I randomly popped in that day because if I didn't see what I saw I would of probably kept her in this location for longer thinking it was just her adjusting but seeing how happy , excited and comfortable she is in her new school I know that it was not her having trouble adjusting she just didn't feel safe there. So parents if your kid is telling you they aren't happy there please listen to them.

Esthetics: KinderCare was very nice esthetically; our location resembled a cute little schoolhouse…read morewith clean grounds, clean interior (you don't smell any odor of poop or bleach... like some places I've toured), and definitely bright and airy. Everything I was looking for of the ideal poster image daycare. Both classrooms (1s and 2s); large & spacious, with sections for play, reading , lunch/craft table, and diaper changes/toileting; every child had there own cubby area w/ coat hook and bin (that have their facial picture and their names - cute touch!). Price Tag: Ideal = costly. The school tuition is expensive, however there are two perks; tuition includes blankets and all meals. You supply the typical stuff -- diapers and wipes (ointment, etc). There are additional classes called Learning Adventures (offered for an additional fee $50 per child), I signed my kids up for Music, which in my opinion was a waste of money. My children never hymned or sung the songs they learned at home. At the school they attend now, they do. The teachers there all seemed very nice and pleasant. Class size moderate 2:10 (varies each day). Staff: Stacey DeMarco, the school's director is very nice, however, you will not be dealing with her most of the time. It will be either Kristin, whom is the Asst Director and/or Megan, renamed the Program Specialist -- those two were not always the most personable or easy to talk to. In my opinion, that can make or break a school, and it definitely played a part with me removing my kids. Credentials: The school was in the final stages of becoming NAEYC accredited, which by now they are. However, the overall education factor wasn't there for me. I was looking for more of a preschool setting, with curriculum and pre-K preparation. It appeared to be more Playtime oriented, 1 and 2 year olds play, yes, but not all day, that didn't sit well with me. Other Stuff: There is definitely a nice diversified mix of kids. However, some of those kids displayed signs of biting, and also very sickly. My children were getting sick very frequently at this school; the policy they adhere to is the State's policy, so only if the child(ren) are feverish, has diarrhea, and/or vomiting -- will the children's parents be called to pick up a child. My daughter was sick and no one ever called me to tell me she was or appeared to be ill (i.e. watery eyes, runny nose, looked pail -- a teacher, and one who is a mother, should definitely be able to pick up on those signs). When a parent calls and everything is always fine or great, that raises an eyebrow for me, especially when its week one and two, and this is their first time going to school.

My wife and I both work in the city (at least pre-pandemic), so the dependable childcare that TLE Paramus has provided has been very important. We have seen incredible, consistent emotional, social, and intellectual growth by my son over the past two years, which undoubtedly is due to the rich learning environment that TLE Paramus provides. I cannot imagine sending my son anywhere else for childcare at this point. Also, TLE Paramus's leadership has done an impressive job managing the center during the pandemic. LOL! They have cameras in every classroom so you can see what is happening all day. It is a service through WatchMeGrow. Everything there is brand new, from the toys to the cabinets and cribs. Staff is beyond friendly! Jessica mans the front desk and is always friendly even in the wee hours of 6:30AM haha! Ashley is the director of the place. She is also super friendly! My kid is in the 1 year plus room, and the teacher there, Esmeralda, is wonderful! They do a great job of interacting with the kids all day long. The kids come home exhausted!!!!!!! The kids run around destroying it all, and the teachers run behind cleaning up what they can. They feed them breakfast around 9am, then lunch at 12, and a snack in the later afternoon, but you can pack more in their bags and if the teacher sees them hangry, they will give them the snack. They change their diapers every 2 hours no matter what, and more often if they get a whiff haha! The teachers really care. The teachers do as many activities with them as possible, from coloring to painting, and even going outside on their enclosed playground. All in all, if you need a place to watch your kid, this place is stellar! From super attentive staff to super clean facilities, this place is the best. You should rest assured that your kid is in good hands here.
