Susy and her team are simply amazing! Our daughter started here when she was just 4 months old and thrived beyond our highest expectations. From care to engagement & learning, their team is meticulously detailed on feedings as an infant and much more as a toddler. Our daughter was always engaged in arts and crafts, reading, learning the ABCs, numbers and shapes and played an active role in group activities. Susy and her team were family to us. They are extremely professional, empathetic and truly go above and beyond for all of her families. What we appreciated most was Susy's responsiveness and transparency especially when caring for a young baby who is incapable of vocalizing their own needs. My boy started attending when he was only 5months old, now he is 27months old. he grew up with Itsy Bitsy Staffs. This place is like his second home. He is excited to go every morning and never refused to go ! I am so thankful for the staffs to have him with warm hearted. you know kids can feel it !! During the pandemic Susy was so helpful for parents' schedules. All the facilities are cleaned and they follow COVID rules very strict. I can't say enough positive things about Susy and the Itsy Bitsy caregivers. We were so nervous about having to start our at the time 3 month old in daycare and especially during the pandemic, but were immediately reassured by all the precautions being taken, and thoughtfulness and care shown by the staff. It's such a warm, loving, and considerate place, with excellent communication, and my baby who is now almost 8 months old lights up every time we approach the doors. My son started at Itsy Bitsy Early Learning Center when he was two. He attended for half a year before the pandemic. I highly recommend Itsy Bitsy to anyone looking for daycare. The existing reviews already mentioned the center is very clean and organized, Miss Susy is trustworthy and flexible. If I can really add one point on top of those, I want to say Miss Susy and staff are caring children with their heart. Every night when I picked up my son, Miss Yolanda, Miss Pamela, Miss DeAndrea told me how he was doing, made progress on alphabet, sang new songs, or it took longer time to put him to nap today. I am very impressed on the amount of attention my son had received. When they shared with me my son made progress, they are as happy and proud as they are talking about their grandchildren. As I am typing this, I still feel the warmth and we miss them a lot. As a first time mom I was more nervous than my son when he started day care. Miss Susy was so patient and took the time to calm me down. She paid a lot of attention to my son, told me examples of how my son was doing everyday. Her warm support helped me through that challenging transition. When I looked back I feel I was so lucky. Miss Susy does not treat this day care center as only a business. She cares about every staff, every child, every parent, with her heart. My son was singing songs when I picked him up everyday. I can tell he had a good time and enjoyed everyday. I LOVE THIS DAYCARE!!! I can't recommend Itsy Bitsy enough. When I decided to place my child at a daycare, I researched online, I visited centers in the area, I asked everyone I knew, and after some long months, I decided to place him at this center for numerous reasons.... #1 the staff... The staff is made up of ladies who love the kids as their own. I loved the fact that most of them are mom/grandmas themselves. They have experience and for a 1st time mom that was so important. Plus many of them have been there for over 30 years, which showed me they enjoy working there and that my child will not be dealing with a new caretaker a week. #2 how CLEAN and organized this center is.... I visited a center 1 block away and I was so taken back when I saw the set up, how unorganized everything was, and the clutter. Every room at Itsy Bitsy is full of age-appropriate toys, books, etc., but they are kept neatly so the kids could see them. #3 Security.... each age group has a classroom, NOT a bookshelf separating the groups. That was important to me because I didn't want my child to get hurt by an older child. Plus they have cameras in every room. They are a little pricier than other centers in the area however, my thought was I could pay less for a pair of shoes but not for the safety and well being of my son. In this industry I learned from all my research that you get what you pay for and at Itsy Bitsy, you are paying for your child to be cared with love, trust and happiness! read more

The staff at Itsy Bitsy became like a second family to us. Our daughter started attending Itsy Bitsy when she was just four months old. My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 2 months and I'm very pleased with their attention and nurturing environment. They really go above and beyond to ensure the well being and comfort of my little one. The center promotes music, age appropriate activities and picture days with a professional photographer ( love the pictures). As a new mother, I was terrified placing my child in daycare after staying home with him for a year. I visited all daycares in the area and this one by far was the cleanest and the most appropriate for a child under 1. The infant room is great. They have a play area and a separate room where babies sleep in their cribs. They cater to each child. They follow my child's schedule just the way I ask them to. I always feel like my child is the only one under their care because the amount of details I get about him on daily basis. The caregivers are like grandmothers. My 14 months old loves them. The owner is amazing. She truly cares about what she does and goes above and beyond to make a child and his or her family happy. I highly recommend this place for infants. My daughter started here when she was 8 weeks old and stayed until she was 2. Susy and the caregivers at this center are absolutely wonderful! As a first time mom, it was such a relief to be able to go back to work knowing that my daughter would be well taken care of. The caregivers are very attentive and patient, and you can tell they truly care about all of the kids. There were also various activities for the kids to participate in, including Kidz Musik and Kinderdance, and my daughter came home with tons of art projects. They also have special events, parties and craft projects for different holidays. Lastly, Susy was really kind and responded quickly to all of my questions that came up. I love this center!!! I visited a couple centers in the area, and I fell in love with this center simply because it is full of love and you see it in the children. My daughter enjoys her time there to the point at times she doesn't want to leave. The ladies love the kids and care for them as if they were family. One of my favorite things is that the staff is mostly made-up of moms and grandmothers so I know that they have the experience. This was important to me especially when my daughter was an infant. The center is very clean and well organized, the children are in their own rooms and play with children in their age group. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a safe, clean and happy center! read more

I can't say enough good things about Itsy Bitsy Learning Center. When my daughter started at 9.5 months, I was concerned about leaving her in daycare because no one in my family had every used one. Itsy Bitsy was the only daycare that I toured that I felt comfortable with right away. The caregivers are wonderful! They really love my daughter...and we love them back. Ms. Susy impressed me immediately with her experience and enthusiasm for her business. As a previous poster commented, I didn't realize at the time how important it would be for my daughter to have her crib in a separate area. I didn't see that at any of the other daycares I toured. They also have done super cute things like class pictures (in the infant room...adorable), Halloween parade, music class, Santa pictures, seeing a real firetruck....other things that I'm sure I'm forgetting right now. My daughter has been attending Itsy Bitsy since she was 5 months old (she will be 3 yrs old next month) and I can't say enough good things about this place. Worst day care ever!!! The owner is not genuine and is always trying to please every one but inside her, she is opposite. I would not trust them with my kid ever. They fed my kid's snack to another and lied. I called the state and they (owner) lied to them. And for some reason my negative review keeps on being deleted. At the end of last summer we suddenly found ourselves needing daycare for our son. After researching all of the centers in the area I found excellent reviews for Itsy Bitsy. I was convinced after taking a tour that this was the place for my son. All of his teachers and Susy, the director, are so warm and friendly and very obviously care for all the children as if they were their own. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and it really does feel like sending my son to stay with family for the day. This was my son's first experience in a daycare setting and we could not be more pleased. Itsy Bitsy is a wonderful place where the staff is so incredibly loving, caring and nurturing. The women are all so attentive and in tune with the needs of the children. The space is clean and well maintained. The director is constantly alerting us of special events - pajama day, class parties etc. The children are always stimulated and exposed to new ideas. I appreciate the level of seriousness that the director utilizes when enforcing the school - immunization records must always be current, sick children staying home etc. All around wonderful place! read more

My daughter started at Itsy Bitsy when she turned 1 and we continued for 2 years until we moved out of town. I have nothing but great things to say about this place, and its director Ms Susy. I became a single mother a year after my daughter started going here, and Ms Susy went above and beyond to make my life easy in any aspect possible. Her friendly, flexible and helpful attitude is being missed, which I get to appreciate even more now, now that my daughter is going to a new preschool in another state. I loved the caretakers here as well, one of which was very instrumental in potty-training my little one with her great tips. While facilities are not super modern as some of the newer schools, they are clean and well maintained. The combination of the director and the caretakers make this place one of the best daycares IMO in the area.
