They have always provided the best quality work and are not overly rough with the massages like some places. You also get a free beverage - wine, if you like, with your service which is nice as not every nail place offers that, though more should if they can. The atmosphere is always calm and never too busy. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. You can also get a birthday discount if you sign up for the rewards program, as well as other periodic discounts. Overall, it's a great place and I've had no issues yet. While one nail tech was drilling away my current set, the other nail tech was searching for the perfect match to my current set's acrylic powder. The current set I had, weren't from this place. In the end I loved my set. For a fill in, french tip + design + tip, I ended up paying $85. I didn't mind that price at all! I only got Candy's name which was the lovely nail tech who did my nails, but I didn't get the 2nd lady's name who searched & searched until she got the exact match to my acrylics. I booked a last minute appointment for the day of my birthday, the night before. I wanted to get a full Gel X set and brow waxing and a basic facial to make my day special. I booked with them and left a note in the comment box for the booking that I really wanted to add on lash extensions if they had the availability. Not 30 mins later, I was contacted by the salon (at 9pm on a Sunday!) to let me know that, yes, they did have time to add that if I wanted. As I was talking with them, I shared inspo pics for my nails and they let me know that I didn't need the upcharge that I had originally booked for my nails. My inspo was included in the base charge. What amazing customer service! The MOMENT I walked in the door, I knew this was my new spot. Everyone was welcoming, they had complimentary drinks (and seasonal choices) and the place is immaculate. First service: Brows Lucy took me to the station, asked me about my preferences, and honored them completely. I like a natural shape with just some basic cleaning up. She took so much time with each hand, making sure I loved them, making sure they matched, and always asking if everything felt okay for me and that nothing hurt. I knew then, I was in for life. They're there but you can't see them. I told her I wanted cat eye but very natural. She was just as meticulous as she was with the nails. I was charged full price ($50) for a toddler pedicure, which felt like a massive rip-off considering they literally just splashed some water on my toddler's legs. To make matters worse, the actual polish job was just okay--my toddler left the salon with nail polish all over our skin and toes and it even looks like one nail is not completely painted. The first appointment I booked online, and the second I believed I just called to see if they had an opening and they did. If you book online you will be asked to reserve with a credit or debit card and it says they will charge $25 for canceled appointments under 24 hours notice, so keep that in mind. I've gotten the CBD manicure and pedicure before as well as the herbal pedicure. The loss of a star comes from having to ask them for callus treatment when I had already booked and paid for it ahead of time, and then additionally having to tell them to finish off on the callus as their was still a lot of roughness. I tried not to make a big deal of it at all, but I did want to make sure I was getting what I paid for of course. They were nice about everything. Another reason why my review is not five stars is that there was no shoulder massage as advertised in the CBD manicure listing online. For that particular one, it says it's included but it wasn't. I didn't want to bring it up as I already felt bad about asking for the callus treatment I prepaid for, so I just let it slide. The place is clean and workers are nice enough. I would probably come back here. I have an ingrown toenail, but they were gentle so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend the CBD treatments on your feet and hands. It was very soothing.
