Last time I went I paid for the $69 pedicure that said I was to receive a hand and shoulder massage. I never received it. I didn't say anything and I should have but I don't like confrontation. Today I went there again and I picked the same one. The massage was a joke. For an extra 20 dollars, I got a minute and a half shoulder massage, my left arm was shook, not even an attempt at a massage and my right arm was shook and rubbed for about 15 seconds, not even any lotion was used. Go for the pedicures but stay away from the ones that include a neck and hand massage. $20 for 2 minutes, if you even get one.

Every month I pay $50 to be in the club and then I get a discount on services, $50 credit to use in services and some other perks. What I really like is the service credit does not expire. It just rolls to the next month! My only complaint is the pedicure seating. I do not find it comfortable at all. I'm short and I feel like I'm sitting in the edge but if I lean back it's awkward. Just not comfortable.

My appointment was for 5pm but I was not taken until 5:20. I hate soaking my feet for too long and getting cold without being worked on so I declined and sat in my chair until someone freed up. Upon returning home I could still see calluses/dry skin and the whole reason I pay $70 for a pedicure is so someone to buff/scrape my skin until it's baby soft. She used an electronic buffer instead of a pumice stone/sponge like I've had before. Technology is not always better. There was also nail polish on my skin near my big toe that she did not wipe away/clean up. The new remodel looks beautiful and the customer service was much improved. The male working the front desk was so nice and kind, apologized for my long wait and kept me updated on the status of someone getting to me.

I even spoke up and said something saying "I usually have had my polish taken off just with a tool". Every time I spoke about something with my nails I was looked at with judgement and sighs and 3 workers came over making it a big deal about it. I am most upset about my nails because the polish is see through and my nails at the ends are chipping away so due to the the technician grinding down my nails. When filling my nails she was filling my fingers and not my nails. Not a good experience with no help from her team around her. I hate to leave a bad review but I'm upset my polish and nails are chipping away and my appointment was just yesterday.
