So thankful we found First Rate Rentals! Finding a home is not easy especially when searching for the right one for your family. After viewing a few houses to rent that we loved (and didn't love, all houses are different) First Rate did make us aware they do not have the final choice in choosing a tenant, it's up to the owner to choose who they want in their home, which is understandable. Knowing that we would still call the office everyday bugging for an update and each time they answered any and all questions politely and reassured us they were doing all they can. We missed out on what we thought was a good home and felt a little defeated but they were on top of it ready to show us another. We ended up finding an even better one for our family and we're approved! We couldn't be happier. Dianna Bush is awesome, has a great personality, excellent customer service, and has a great team. Laura Dominguez, my favorite, her personality is funny and crazy. I called to schedule a viewing of a house I was interested in, and was told that I had to fill out an application BEFORE they would show the house. I went to their website, looked at the application and it required you to give them all your financial information. I do not give out my financial information unless I am sure that I want to purchase/rent. I feel that this company's policy is poor customer service. They also are not working during the weekend, which is when most working people have the time to view properties! read more
