The entire staff should be replaced. I find that every time I call no one answers. It's just a waste of time. They like to send messages to you and demands to be mad but it's not the other way around. Not happy with the staff. Time to be replaced with people that care and understand. Mesa was very prompt with repairs. However, BEWARE - take pictures of everything at the move in time and move out time. They will even charge you for a non functioning lightbulb. We were not happy with how much they charged with cleaning the inside, rugs and massive backyard. Overall we were disappointed with how much we got back of our deposit money. read more

We rented a house in Chino using Mesa Properties. Worst first time rental experience ever. They didn't even include all information into how ever they score. I sent them same information multiple time and full detailed bank statements Because just showing deposit made from my work was not good enough. If that is a normal process that's just strange. I should be able to show you just deposit made into my account. To verify my income. Not show you ever single purchase I have made in the last three months. I asked three weeks ago if I was not going to qualify, why even bother sending in the same information to continue with process but they kept stringing me along saying I would. they knew full well they weren't going to qualify me. So very disappointing for my first time going to rent a apartment. To Bad living in on house for 15 years + with no issues. doesn't even matter.
