This was my first tattoo, so going in I was a little nervous. Right up front, everyone is inviting, and the atmosphere is so great. They recently remodeled inside, and it's very clean. Tod did a tattoo inside my lip, and did a fantastic job. He verified spelling, and made sure I approved of every step of the process. I got my first tattoo here and it was the most wonderful experience. The shop was very clean and very inviting, and the people were so friendly and kind. I would recommend to everybody. I got a very sentimental tattoo, in which I wanted my mother's handwriting on my left rib cage. The date was the 6 year anniversary of her death. Had an appointment with my usual artist and he never showed. When I checked in they were calling him to make sure he was coming in then I sat there waiting for an hour. I got fed up of waiting and asked where he was and was told her wasn't coming in and that I should have received a phone call. New to the area and happy I did a search and found this shop near my house. Super impressed. I reached out via fb message and received a prompt reply. I spoke to the tattoo artist, Tony over the phone and told him what I had in mind. He had a cancellation come up and was was able to get me in. My dog had passed away the day before my appointment. I wanted a tribute to her. Prior to the appointment he helped with finding fonts. I showed him what I had in mind. He took the time to listen and make it better then I envisioned. We adopted our dog, Sydney from Okinawa Japan... he put the Okinawa flag emblem on the top of her name. Looks awesome! The shop is really freaking rad. So beautiful. Super clean! Everyone was so incredibly nice there. On their shop website I saw that the owner was a Marine and Tony was as well. We are a Marine family for a reason. I have been getting tattooed for 12 years, and this is the cleanest shop I have been in. It is also the friendliest. I even felt comfortable taking my daughters up there while I got tattooed. I got my ear pierced by Sam recently. She pierced my tragus and did a horrible job. The piercing was on the edge of my ear, barely caught any skin. When I told her I was expecting it to be farther in and centered, she made up excuses about the anatomy of my ear not being right for the piercing, even after I showed her multiple pictures of exactly what I wanted on women with ears shaped exactly like mine she kept insisting that she had done it right. Then I went to two different places to get their opinion on the placement and they both agreed 100% that It was a bad piercing. Now I have to wait for over a month to get it pierced again. It would have been nice if she could have owned up to her mistake and offered to make it right, rather than to make excuses and treat me like I was an idiot who didn't know what I was talking about. read more

I had my very first tattoo done by Mondo. It's very pretty but I thought he charged me WAY too much. Had it put on my wrist and is about 21/2 inches long, just an outline and super tiny butterfly that took less than 20 minutes to do. He charged me $100 bucks. My son had a huge, detailed cross done on the back of his arm from the owner and he paid $130 bucks. Don't get it but guess I'll just chalk it up to being a naive first timer. :( read more
