My wife and I decided to have pedicures and tried Polished Nail and Spa. We should have passed. We were seated next to each other. The woman put the liners in the basins and started the water for her. I sat in the chair, naked feet in the basin waiting. My wife next to me was enjoying her pedicure while I still waited for any of the staff to notice that after 25 minutes my naked feet still waited. I gave up waiting and put my shoes back on. My wife was nearly finished anyway. I paid them for my wife's pedicure and told them politely what i thought about their service. I've never been so ignored as a customer. I wish we could have left sooner. I do not recomend this place since your odds of receiving any kind of service are only 50/50 read more

I walked into this place - stumbled upon it and feel horrible for cheating on my nail salon but I am in desperate need and my nail salon is 1.5 away. Anyways, I walked in and the "owner" maybe and other employees greater me. Super kind and young lady who greated me answered all my questions and helped me immediately. Tom was asked to do my toes (gel: bubble bath) and Tonya? Was assigned to do my nails (dip: #174 or something). As you can see, they did a fantastic job on my nails & toes. Tom was funny, did his best to keep me warm, pretty "hard" on his massage (which I LOVE! People are usually to gentle) and addressed all my concerns on my feet. Just in-case you don't follow my past comments I'm paranoid about my feet! Then Tonya did her best to keep me involved in the conversation. I don't want to use the word "aggressive" because neither of them were - they were both just very stern in my movements and efforts to get the job completed. Not sure if that makes sense. - only downfall and I'm not usually sensitive to this; this is just a warning if you get your feelings hurt or more sensitive to these actions. I love this salon. They are the absolute best and it's super clean and safe in here. You have to call and make an appointment but they got me and my friend in two days later. You have to wear a mask but they provide free ones and you can also buy a cute one for 4$. Karla is my nail tech and she is the absolute best. The first visit was good. The girl talked a lot (I mean I brought my kindle with me), but did a perfect pedicure. My second visit, today, a guy did my pedicure. One toe got messed up almost immediately after I left, then I noticed I still had soap scrub on my sticky legs. I went back a few hours later, and the same guy tried to fix them (Also, he mumbled a total of maybe three sentences both visits, and I'm still not sure what he said.) but instead of removing the bad polish (two other toes needed fixing as well) he just caked on more. I then went to the boss who hemmed and hawed and asked 20 questions, then convinced me to let him fix them because of course I have endless time to spend at the nail salon. Then he told me smiling how they say you never get it right the first time in business, or in marriage, or anything. I said, "This is just nail polish. So I should get a divorce?" He said done people do. Just wow. He had to leave another client to fix me, and two others who were always seated didn't want to wait any more and left. He shot himself in the foot. I had dip on from another salon that had lasted 3.5 weeks. They were too grown out so I stopped here to get them re done. They were very quick. They did not soak my existing dip off but used the filer and then popped them off which was painful. The dip I had did not even last a full day!!!! Couldn't find my anti anxiety meds (I actually don't like peeps touching my feet) but in mere minutes I was relaxed enough that I forgot my cell phone was in my hand! Oh the rest of the next hour or so I was treated to a kind and thorough tidying of my tootsies from a skilled tech. I loved the hot wax, so soothing and my skin is so soft from the gentle treatments I experienced. I have had countless or more than 20 anyway, full body massages, so I know a thing or two about relaxing. I was a pile of mush in no time with the softest and prettiest feet in town! I have pr3viously scoffed at hot rocks added to therapies such as this..NO MORE! I totally loved it and I was so expecting not to! I wish I had gotten my techs name. She did a very good job in relieving my stress and making me a bowl of jelly. She was the most mature tech that I saw, tho honestly she could have been 28 or 45, my eyes were barely open enough to note such things! I also enjoyed the layout and decor. Beautiful! The light fixtures looked like jewels dripping down covering everything in an understated elegance and unmistakable lux vibe. There was country music playing which didn't marry what my eyes saw or my feet felt but somehow didn't detract from the experience in the least. They have a basic mani pedi for $35 til 2 or so mon thru wed I believe. I got a $45 pedicure that melted away all my anxiety.I don't do this too often as I am hard on my hands and a mani wud be completely wasted on me...and It's spring so I'm in and around alot of drink, planting and whatnot. But when you start wearing closed toed shoes cuz ur feet aren't looking too ladylike, ya gotta get your girlie on and Polish that rough off! Polished is THE place to get it all done. My tech had to work to get my feet looking like they belonged to a human...but NEVER did she hurt me and was very attentive to my hesitation and overall fear (yes fear...I have issues!) She does flawless designs and takes her time to ensure precision work is being done for you. Trammie also does fabulous work, making sure you are comfortable and satisfied with your entire experience. Nina did my nails for the first time today. She was great. First time here and not sure if I will come back. I was greeted nicely and the ambience was nice but my nail tech did not know what the heck he was doing. He made me bleed when cutting my cuticles. Then he didn't know how to do the powder dip or file my nails because he filed them all too short! Eventually his wife came over and tried to make it all better, but that didn't make much difference because my finger was still bleeding and she couldn't give me the smooth surface that I wanted!! Ugh and then on top of that, when she waxed my eyebrows she got wax in my hair!!!!!! Like really!!! I have long curly hair and you got wax in it!!!
