While most of the tellers and…read morecashiers I've interacted with are consistently polite, professional, and helpful, I've had repeated negative experiences with the branch manager. The manager often comes across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in interactions with clients. Rather than creating a welcoming environment, their attitude feels disrespectful and discouraging. As a long-time client, this is disappointing and makes me reconsider keeping my accounts at Chase. What could improve at this branch: * A stronger emphasis on respectful, professional communication from management. * Better customer service training for the manager to align with Chase's standards. * Reinforcement of the positive example already being set by the other staff. I truly value Chase's services and the helpful team members at this branch, but I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so that customer trust isn't lost due to one individual. When you go to the teller if you have any prior experience with them they will greeet you by your name - they get to know their customers. If you have an issue, they work to talk care of things fast. Their facilities are always in top condition. Free chacking, free checks (at least for 50 Advantage), free cashier checks, good hours. They also have great deals for cusiness customers. I have done business with many banks in my life - not one has been as good as Centier.

One employee finished helping a customer in the lobby, told the next customer "I'll be right with you," and then turned to assist the drive-through instead. She proceeded to help four cars and never returned to assist the customers who were waiting inside.
