I was originally really skeptical about this company as they have only 1 review on Yelp, but I…read morecouldn't be more satisfied with their service and pricing after I took a leap of faith and contracted them for a mold inspection at a property in escrow. First of all, mold inspections are pricy. Based on the numerous quotes I got, they typically run about $300-$500 for just the inspection fees alone, and then $100 for each air sample collected. Enviro-Focus offers several straight-forward packages ($198 mold inspection which includes 5 samples) and the best deal that just cannot be beat! Secondly, out of the several mold companies I contacted, not everyone provides both inspection and remediation services. Some will tell you that it's unethical for a company to provide both services but I will tell you that it really doesn't matter as long as they use a 3rd party, reputable laboratory to run their mold sample testing (which cannot be faked) - which in this case, Enviro-Focus uses Nation Laboratories, NBIH accredited laboratory, to run all their mold sample testing. Lastly, Enviro-Focus was one of the few companies I contacted that offers a 1-day rush service for lab results ($75 as compared to $150 from most other mold inspection companies). Jermond, who is a certified mold inspector, came to the house the next day we reached out to Enviro-Focus and did a stellar inspection and air samples collection for us! The entire process was a breeze and we felt that we were in good hands. The only thing that you should be prepared for and know about is that they don't answer calls all the time, but they are sure fast to respond to emails. I highly recommend this company for environmental inspection and testing!

Another older crew had to come redo the job and they dropped heavy ass dry wall several times and dented my wood floors!!!! After a not so good job containing the area for mold, (I had to use my own tape when it was falling down) painting over my curtain rod holders and losing a third middle price completely, putting all their trash in my yard behind the gate and leaving it for over a week until I discovered it, breaking a faux drawer panel in my bathroom, losing 4 of my electrical plate covers, doing a shitty ass job spraying foam everywhere and getting it on both sides of my doorknobs, leaving their shirts here, dropping cigarette butts in my yard, leaving containers of fruit on the ground for my dogs to get in and give them the damn runs, forgetting the insulation, not covering my windows up so everybody from street could see inside my house, not cleaning up after themselves, not protecting my floors at the door with paper, I had enough!!! I fired 411's crew and told Brett he'd have to hire my contractor to finish the botched up job they started if he wanted to get paid and use them to replace my floor, doorknobs, fix the bathroom, and put up the new double curtain rod ( that I still don't like looking at because it's not the original) Luckily, my contractor saved him some money by removing the baseboards and half the planks in my floor to move the 5 or 6 dented ones to the middle so they'd always be under the rug instead of replace the whole room with a new floor because my flooring was no longer in stock. The company is a joke! He has too many new hires and doesn't check their work. Luckily I took off work and I knew enough about restorations and remodeling to play foreman and had my contractor come in to check their work to see if it would pass inspection. I wish I would remember Brett's contractors name because I would put his ass on blast too. After I put him out he brought the paint crew the wrong paint to paint my ceiling ( which I think he did on purpose because how could you not match the paint if you're supposed to be a professional???) andand the crew I kept wondering if it was going to dry lighter.At least they had enough sense not to keep painting and call Brett themselves. I wonder how many houses actually have no insulation in them because his contractor is cutting corners? He claimed the guy getting fired and I told him he wasn't allowed at my house anymore and the sucker came back twice!! I put him out of my yard and he had to meet the crew at the gate to tell them whatever they had to do before his whole staff was fired by me. This was a stressful, disasterous experience from hell! Literally!!! And every time I open my curtains or move my rug, I'm reminded of it. This review has worn my out. It I do plan to look through my photos and post pics.
