My husband and I had been working with another big local plumber in the South Bay for 7 yrs. They did all the plumbing in the home we gutted and serviced our rental property installing water heaters, faucets etc and it got to the point where we felt like a number vs a name and face so we started the search for a new plumber relationship. My 95 yr old father in law had a leaky "main" to his house and we thought it was a great way to experience a new plumber and the reviews for GG don't lie. The guy who came out was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. what struck us was when he offered both the option to replace as well as repair. Maybe we are jaded by the many service providers who always scare you into doing more extensive work than necessary but this guy seemed like he was advising us like he would advise his own grandfather. The work was done well and it's been nearly a year and no more problems. Because of this experience we decided to work with GG for our tankless water heater maintenance. The price was upfront and reasonable and a different technician came but equally friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. He shared upfront what he was going to do ( you'd be surprised all that goes into this) and approximately how long it would take ( barring any issues) and when he was done, you'd never even know anyone was here it so clean. Third experience was with a shower that wasn't producing hot water and we had a third Good Guy come who expertly assessed the situation, gave us the proposed plan and fees and came back to fix it when I received the part from the mfg. this technician also spoke to us as if we were family or friends when he gave us tips about turning on the hot water even in bathrooms that weren't being used because the parts can break if you don't use it. so he told us how he runs everything at least once a month and now we do that and think of him. Recently, we had to replace two faucets in our rental and of course called GG who came quickly. I had a question about the work and called the home office and without question they had me talk to Rob, the service manager,who spoke to me with respect and full transparency and I felt genuinely heard and understood. ZERO EGO and no patronizing. ( as a professional woman who doesn't even get that from other male colleagues, this was a a big deal) Faucets in and working and tenants happy- goal accomplished. GG Plumbing is not set up to be the cheapest service provider but it's clear they pride themselves on delivering the best experience and outcome at a very fair price ( including warranty). To me the peace of mind working with a trusted company is key and they won me over.

They then asked for full payment with no intention of installing the enclosure panels, which is why we requested a reduction in price. 2) They left without telling us and left BOTH DOORS of my garage open. We found our cat wandering the streets, thankfully not lost or dead, and no one broke in before we discovered the open doors. I gave them that feedback, and their reply was, "We didn't know you had a cat." I can only conclude based on their response that if you do not have pets, they think it is okay to leave your home open to the public. You get what you pay for. If you're willing to compromise your safety for a job done by people who clearly have zero respect for you, your safety, and your home, these are your guys.

Even with all that, Cyrus stuck to his original quote and never tried to charge us more, which we really appreciated. Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump. There were a series of excellent reviews. I sent hima a message and he got back to me right away. When we spoke, Ian himself walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. In a world where so many companies push for paid visits, this level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and genuinely appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Last week, I woke up at about 5 a.m. to begin my day. I went downstairs, fed the dogs and washed my hands in the bathroom sink downstairs. Ok a little too much information but I am trying to set the scene. About five minutes later, I hear a noise which sounds like a generator running. Because I do not have generator, I immediately know there is a problem. The noise is loudest in the bathroom and it sounds like the pipes are about to come out of the wall. It is so loud it woke my son up. We called Sal's Plumbing and believe it or not they answered the phone at 5am. The lady on the phone explained that it was an extremely busy day but was very accommodating and was still able to fit us in on that days schedule. Fidel came out and figured out what the problem was and it ended up being a valve in the wall. He was able to fix it very quickly. He was so polite and explained everything to me in detail about what was going on and that's important to me. He looked clean and was very neat while repairing the valve. I know it was not convenient for them to work us into that days schedule but without a second thought they did. I am very grateful that they were not only on time but they did not try to charge us a bazillion dollars for the repair. Not knowing much about plumbing I'm always worried they are going to rip me off but he explained everything to me so I could understand. He easily could have taken the opportunity to rip me off seeing how I know nothing and he didn't. We have had ongoing main line stoppages in two adjoining properties due to roots in the main sewer line. Arturo was very professional and quickly took care of the problem with minimum inconvenience to our tenants. He was able to give us a good idea of what we were facing with his camera equipment. All told, he did spot repairs on the main lines on both properties, put in two way cleanouts at both spot repairs, replaced a broken shower valve, and did a complete re-pipe underneath one of the houses. He also had the concrete walkway replaced where he had to cut through it to get to one of the problem areas with roots. He got the work done when he said he would, had good ongoing communication about the job as issues developed, and charged a fair price. I definitely would highly recommend this company! We had Joshua and Rudy come fix us up with what appeared to be a P-trap problem. Joshua was here the day prior installing a new garbage disposal, which works wonderfully well by the way. However, we noticed some wetness underneath the sink the day following, and that very same day Joshua and Rudy came to diagnose and fix the problem at no extra charge to us. Apparently our reverse osmosis filter line was causing the trouble, but our mistaken P-trap problem proposition did not at all interfere with them generating the correct solution in a very timely manner. They couldn't have been here for more than five minutes -- coming at a moments notice, finding the problem's true source, and repairing the issue with ease. When i had a issue with my tub being backed up and not draining water, my feet had their own personal swimming pool for days and days. Finally i was tired of it and found Sal's here on yelp. Plumber was out on the same day and gave me a courtesy call before showing up. Joe came by and told me what needed to be done, i approved and let him do his thing. The guy was solid! he got in and out of there in under 45 minutes and snaked out whatever was clogging up the drain. Bethel showed up on time, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He provided a quote in minutes due to a prompt response from the office. Price was reasonable (it was lower than the first plumber's minimum charge I called based on Home Advisor). Not to digress but will never use Home Advisor again. Sal's never disappoints! While making the kids breakfast this morning our kitchen sink started to fill (great - as if getting two kids under 5 out the door wasn't hard enough). This is my cousins business, but they actually did service me the other night. Even though I am biased I would like to say that they did a great job sending their guy out late at night. Called to Wiseway Plumbing to request on-site check up and inspection. Eric shows up 1 hour after called that's fast, concern and high efficiency. Check up took around 90 mins. It should be caused by root built into main drain. Replacing and clean-up drain totally only took 2 days, I like it.

After…read moresending videos to the manufacturer, they diagnosed the problem and confirmed the defective part was covered under their lifetime parts warranty. Since SW Corp doesn't have any service technicians in California, they referred me to WiseWay Plumbing. Eric came out to inspect the toilet and confirmed the diagnosis before we began the long wait for the replacement part, which unfortunately took several months to arrive. During that time, Amanda in the office was excellent--she stayed in touch, answered my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process. Once the part finally arrived, scheduling the installation was easy. Eric returned, removed the old component, installed the new one quickly and professionally, and had everything working perfectly again. From start to finish, WiseWay Plumbing provided outstanding customer service. Amanda was friendly, responsive, and organized, and Eric was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Even though the lengthy delay was due to the manufacturer--not WiseWay--they handled the entire process exceptionally well. I wouldn't hesitate to use WiseWay Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

These guys are the real deal, they arrived on time with a big crew of guys and got to work right away and finished a big job in 1 day (quicker than expected) I really appreciated that they got my clarification and approval on questions/decisions as the work went on and they were more than happy to address any issues I brought up. Anyone who has had plumbing done before knows finding a reliable crew that does good work is especially difficult at a reasonable price. He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. Finally and importantly, his estimate was one of the lowest of the 4 estimates I received and he stuck with the estimate.
