This was perfect for me, as I was looking to get it picked up on an exact day and they were able to do just that. Both Sanjin and Karen were friendly and pretty to quick to get back to me about any questions. My only complaint was that I wish there was a bit more communication throughout the process, they only let you know the night before for pickup and dropoff times. Overall, I'd recommend going with Auto Movers USA, they seem to be one of the more trustworthy and affordable options on the market.

While we have been shipping both our cars to and from Naples for 7-8 years, we found Young's a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Their drivers are courteous, their service is reliable and our vehicles have arrived in excellent condition. They make pickup and delivery of our vehicles seamless and will provide transportation to and from the airport when we depart or arrive, sometimes delivering the vehicle directly to us upon our arrival at the airport. We found Young's after an all too typical experience dealing with a transport company that doesn't own any trucks. Each experience became more difficult until our vehicle disappeared for nearly a week with little communication. They kept telling us it would be the next day, knowing full well, that was impossible. On day 5, we threatened to report it stolen, it was delivered on day 6 and we never recovered the cost of a rental car for the week. Young's takes the stress out of shipping your vehicles and highly recommend them.

When my car went missing they told me I would have to contact the transporter on my own. They did nothing to facilitate or say "hey we'll take care of this for you". My car was lost over a weekend and total radio silence from this company. Every interaction/communication I had with them required me to initiate it. Don't believe any rebuttal they post on here. A 3-day trip took 8 days and I had to handle 75% of the details... And of course, "We offer no refunds for late transports." In my business, when I damaged or inconvenienced my customers greatly, I compensated them to some degree to let them know I understood and wanted them back. Not this company ....

The week of pick-up we had not heard a thing from Chris about when the car would be picked up. I made multiple calls and texts to Chris and finally heard from him the day before pick-up. Said he was waiting for driver to let him know when he would get car. Very Long story short- driver never showed, had to find alternate option with no notice- which had to paid much more. Chris never returned my $150 deposit- even though he said he would. Not ethical, poor service, no response to calls and text. I would never use this company.

Broker didnt care apparently that i tried to help because they still charged me $125 because I didn't book when shipper called to schedule. This entire business is extremely shady.....once again due your homework before picking a company.
