This food truck was at an event at Waterline Brewing and decided to give it a try . Ordered the Pastrami Bomber ; grilled sourdough, bacon jam, grilled onions, aioli, and gouda. And my side was the potato salad. Also ordered the Wagyu Burger ; 8 ounce burger , lettuce (hold the tomato and cheese) aioli and toasted bun , for the side french fries. We were given a pager and told about 15 minutes. We ventured inside to find a seat and a beer . The pager buzzed and our food was ready . The food looked amazing, and smelled wonderful. I was concerned about the pastrami being to fatty , but it wasn't . It was lean and well seasoned. The bread to sandwich ratio was perfect and it was lightly buttered and toasted . One bite and I knew I was going to enjoy it. The potato salad had great flavored , perfectly seasoned. The burger was cooked to order , well seasoned and had great flavor. The fries were perfectly fried and well seasoned also. This is definitely a food truck that I would dine at again. read more

A few weeks ago I've had one of the worst burgers ever from a different food truck and was hesitant about ordering a burger from here but I'm so happy I did! It's a waygu burger. I asked for cheddar instead of the pimento cheese. It was one of the best burgers I've had. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was cooked medium. Maybe I could have asked. Idk. It was well but was still awesome. I consciously stopped eating my tots so I could have room to finish my burger. I can't say enough good things. I thought $17+ (includes tip) was too much for a burger and tots but it was worth it. I could eat this burger every day and I'm supposed to be a vegetarian read more

I've tried quite a few food trucks in this area and some have been fantastic, others were kind of meh. The folks at CEPCO (who manage the PIO at Windsor Park, Leland NC) have arranged for a series of local food trucks to come to here in the coming weeks and they start off with 2Broscoastalcuisine Food Truck. I checked out the menu on-line and decided I could not wait until Saturday! Placed my order and picked it up this afternoon; not a whole lot of talking once Kathy Shook and I began eating, just a lot of groaning and chomping! Kathy had the El Cubano while I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Wrap (both with potato salad) and I added an order of fries for us to split. My plan was to share 1/2 of each with the other, however as with many other plans of mine, it did not work out that way. The Santa Fe had a perfect amount of spice (just enough to make me glad I got the potato salad to help cool things off); a great mixture of spices, black beans a glorious sauce made it a wonderful selection and one I would definitely go for again. Kathy (between moans) thoroughly enjoyed the El Cubano; she did let me have a small bite (the knife to my throat kept me honest) and it was a really delicious mixture of flavors. Again, one I would love to have again. The fries were tasty, but a bit limp considering from the time I received them to when I arrived home was about 15 minutes. Have to try them again (maybe Saturday?). I heartily endorse these folks, not only because of the quality and value of the food, but as they are local to Leland, it makes it all the better. This food truck has been at PPD a few weeks in a row now as part of the foodtruck lunch rotation! Great service for ordering and grabbing the food. A bit longer wait than most foodtrucks, so coworkers we're getting antsy. But the food comes out hot and fresh! They have a few wraps to pick from like Cajun chicken and spicy shrimp, and side choices of fries or potatoe salad. I got their Cuban which was flavorful. I'm not a fan of Swiss cheese so they accommodate with provolone or pepper jack. It has roast pork,ham, cheese, pickles, and horseradish mustard on a toasted Cuban roll! With their seasoned fries on the side. Yum! Large portions too! Lots of happy customers at PPD today :) I'd give it 5 stars, but the wait time really cuts into lunch break for coworkers and that was a big complaint. read more

2 Bros was at Waterline last night. In between sets of flights we decided to order their Cajun Shrimp Wrap with fries and the Cuban with onion rings. Both plates were very good and portions were as expected from food trucks. Maybe a little more than others. The wrap had a good amount of shrimp and the Cuban was just right. For the food truck experience, 2 Bros Coastal Cuisine is great. We would definitely eat here again. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get. read more

This food truck was at satellite last night. My best friend and I shared the Cuban and it was SO GOOD!! The bread was crusty, the meat was hot, it was perfectly portioned and I could have had twenty more. Also, the fries were perfect. Crispy, well seasoned but not too salty. Forget what you know about Fair Food. No more overpriced cold soggy bland food, and jerks that act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money for it. 2 Bros make excellent food, and take your order, even if it's special, as professionals. This past weekend 2 Bros Coastal Cuisine food truck came down to OIB to provide dinner for my wedding. We had read reviews of other food trucks months ago, tried out 2 Bros @ Fly Trap one night, and called to see if they'd consider catering an OIB wedding. Mike (owner) worked with us to choose a menu that would work for our event (e.g. the number of people, ease to get food out quickly enough for the guests). We chose for the menu: crab cake sandwich, shrimp and grits, pork belly and fried green tomato sandwich, pork city burger, cuban, and Sante Fe chicken wrap. Sides were fries, onion rings and homemade pasta salad. Our guests RAVED about the food. Specifically crowd favorites were the crab cake sandwich, shrimp and grits and the burger. Some claimed the burger might be the best they'd ever had (it is ground beef mixed with pork belly and cooked to order with Mike's homemade boursin, and caramelized onions). Mike even made ranch from scratch when I told him we'd need ranch for the event. Our guests also complimented how nice the service was and a friendly lady on the truck who seemed to have a compliment for everyone. I would recommend them for a wedding, event or even just to go see them at your local neighborhood bar! I know I'll be chasing them down soon to try out that pork city burger myself! The food truck was very expensive for what you get. Asked for a veggie option charged full price said he would add more mushrooms (there were not more mushrooms for the price). The smoked pork bottom beignet was lacking in pork and not good. read more
