All of our communication was via email and was done in a timely manner. She arrived at our rental when she said she would and promptly went to work. We hired Chef Anna to prepare 4 evening meals for the week of a family reunion on North Topsail. We ordered 5 course gourmet Mexican Fiesta and dinner A la Ina (Beef Bourgignon), and 3 course Italian Feast plus one night of pies: chicken pot pie, quiche, and hash brown casserole. Everything was DELICIOUS! Fabulous. It was delivered to our house in the late afternoon and we heated it up the hour before dinner. We had very few leftovers to put away and no dishes to clean!!! We were staying at the lovely Dreamers Welcome, and were able to request her services. I have been vegan for almost 11 years, and have eaten in restaurants all over the world, both before and after I started eating this way. I can honestly say that ANYONE would love Chef Anna's Magic (I keep avoiding the word "cooking" because it seems like it would minimize the fabulous things she does). I requested French food as she is a classically trained French chef, AND because I hadn't had real French food since going vegan.. no one really does it! Chef Anna blew us away. My one specific request was creme brûlée because I missed it so much. When she brought it out and I cracked the perfect crust, I almost cried. When I tasted it, I think a tear actually slipped out.
