But when I returned to pick them up, the shirts were ready and she had an excuse as to why the ties weren't. She mentioned the ties were cleaned but the spots remained, and she wanted to try something else to clean them. I asked to just collect them anyways so I could leave. The ties weren't even touched! I'm glad I went that route, because the team at Beach Dry Cleaners were able to do additional alterations that the other place wouldn't have been able to do, and my suit pants fit even better as a result. Lyssa was able to get me my clothes right before I needed them for a wedding (which was appreciated especially as they were facing massive power outages in this area for a few of those days), and it all worked out well! We decided to give this place a try, despite the fact that they had no reviews (something I rarely ever do). We've been going here for about 2 months, and could not be more happy with the service. We use them both for laundry and dry cleaning. The owner is warm and lovely, welcoming us to the area, and making sure to take very good care of us and our garments. The only thing that could be better would be if they stayed open until 7PM. It is sometimes a challenge to get there before they close at 6, but it is a small sacrifice for such good service and attention to detail.
