Completed my paperwork in about 3 minutes and waited.... The waiting room was packed and the process felt very unorganized.. The paperwork asked for my social security number, mother's maiden name, and place of birth. I refused to give that information and the staff seemed shocked. After waiting 35 minutes in the waiting room lobby, they took me to second waiting room that was packed! There was zero communication, zero instructions, just " wait here".... I watched a person feel her way to a chair after being dilated and she was told to "hang out here "... - as if she had a choice. I waited way too long and treated like cattle considering I was willing to pay $15k out of pocket for vision correction surgery. It's also insane the amount of very very personal financial information they want for a simple eye exam. Respect people's time and financial information. Don't make them feel like they're disposable. Certainly don't make them feel paranoid when they don't trust you with sensitive financial information. Major companies are hacked everyday. Do you think you're immune from data breaches??? After…read more If you do get cataract surgery there they couldn't care less how your eyes feel or what problems the lenses are causing you. They also ignore you and act like you are lying or being hard to deal with if you tell them that you are allergic to the dilation drops that they insist on doing at each appt. Not every eye dr makes you do this. This place is behind the times. There are other and safer ways to check the eyes. I found out that all the dilation drops damaged my eyes PERMANENTLY. Do your research about frequently dilating the eyes and go elsewhere if you have any issues other than just cataracts. My eyes are miserable since letting them do cataract surgery. They tell me I am fine. I wish they could see and feel what I do.
