There are two ways in and out and neither is ideal. Just plan to spend extra time getting parked and then exiting the lot. This store is also very busy. The selection and values are the same as other Costco locations. Items like their roasted chicken are such a value that you shouldn't leave the store without one. Other items that are bulk packaged and priced are not a great value for a household of two! But, their wines and some of their breads and frozen items are worth the challenge of parking and fighting the crowds. Service at this store was fine, no issues encountered with employees. We were checked out by an efficient and friendly employee.

Great name brands like Kate Spade and Ray Ban and lots of colors to please even finicky shoppers like me. I worked for an Opthalmologist several years ago and so I believe I know good service when I see it. I liked that my scans were all reviewed for any concerns and I was free to ask any questions. I was visually shown how my prescription minuscule changed by using my glasses then using a sample lens of the new RX. My optician is so sweet and he spent time making sure my glasses fit and looked perfect and I got a great deal. Don't judge this place because it's a chain. Then they made 2 different sets of glasses incorrectly (I purchased single vision distance and they made them with my reading rx. The second pair was also wrong because their in-house doctor messed up my rx. When I asked if they could redo the eye exam, they told me the eye doctor was "about to go to lunch, so no"). Finally they agreed to refund me but after I never saw the refund, I found that they had sent the refund to a credit card I used with them 2 years ago and is no longer an open acct (instead of sending the refund to the credit card I used to make this purchase, which would make sense). When I figured that out, I called the main store to request a refund, they told me the manager was not in, and they never called me back. Then I called corporate and someone later called me back from there to let me know they couldnt do anything to help. They said I'll have to contact the closed credit card company to ask them to mail me a check for the refund they sent there incorrectly. As if that wasnt bad enough, the agent gave me a 23 digit confirmation number and would only read it out to me over the phone (I was driving when they called), as she said she couldn't email it to me becasue she didnt have access to send emails. Literally the most painful and ridiculous situation I have ever experienced with a large company.
