Very little effort is made to address patient concerns. Because they are so overbooked the quality of care is adversely affected for very little time cane be spent on their patients. If this practice could match the quality of their commercials, patients would receive better care and the attention they deserve. Sadly, wait times are outrageously long and time with a doctor is rushed. Much improvement is needed.
