Though I inwardly cringed each time I took another pair (35+!!) down to try, she never once dissuaded me or had me feeling it was not ok. She gave me space to mull over the many options without pressuring me in the least. To the contrary, she offered her opinion in a non-pressured way which I could tell was backed by years of knowledge and an expert eye for what fits the face best both aesthetically and fit-wise. She also acknowledged that it takes trying on many pairs to find the right ones. She even offered to let me take two pairs home to think about overnight! Thought both pairs were fabulous, neither was "the one" for me. I felt a bit bad about this, but she understood and even offered me a lot of information about lenses and more, knowing that I'd be going to my eye doctor to have lenses made. I hope that my review helps direct you to her shop. Her place is a gem of a store and her customer service is excellent. As you can probably tell from this post, I have a hard time choosing and shopping for something this expensive can be a stressful experience for me. Fleur's generous disposition helped to take away these feelings so that I felt that I could take the time I needed to explore her many great options.

I had the original receipt which states a 30 day return policy. The 30 day return policy is also displayed in multiple places on the counter. The cashier refused the return. She claimed they now had a two week return policy, but was unable to show me any documentation of where this was stated. She later admitted that the return policy was 30 days but that I was close enough to the return date that she wasn't going to accept the return. 6/17-7/8 is 22 days. I'm still a bit shocked by this conversation, I was really discussing with another gainfully employed, articulate adult, the definition of the number 30. One of those "is this real?" moments. The cashier elaborated that she believed that she believed people wear the sunglasses and return them used and unsellable within the return policy window, insinuating that she believes that this is what I was doing. She did not look at the sunglasses I was attempting to return before making this statement. They were, in fact, unused. For this reason I believe she was discriminating based on my appearance. Regardless, even if people do wear the sunglasses and return them with the 30 day window, the company policy is to accept the return within 30 days, so this would be a moot point. I would just go there to try sunglasses on if absolutely necessary, but never purchase from them.
