I pulled a number and I waited 45 minutes without my number getting called and had to finally leave, as it was a weekday and I had a work meeting at 1 pm. The second time, I arrived again on a weekday, this time on a Tuesday at 7:20ish. There were at least 9 people ahead of me and I immediately asked the threaders, 'do I have a chance?' Their policy states that last call is 7:45. The threaded responded 'yeah you do.' I had my ticket in hand and went to a store nearby. I returned before closing and there were still customers in the chairs having their brows threaded. It was minutes before closing at 8 and as mentioned, there were still women being threaded. I came with my number and the threaders now stated 'no we aren't taking anyone.' When I reiterated what I was told just some minutes before, they said 'you have to wait here.' I was in absolute shock. There is no sign written that you must wait there after you have already pulled a number for your spot in line. There was no notice of this when I had just spoken to the threaders when I asked if I had a chance. This felt like a convenient excuse in the moment. Only come here if you have 2 hours for your commute and to sit and stare at all of the other people waiting in line for an hour before your turn comes.

She was very good at respecting my preferences and is very meticulous with her work. She pays good attention to detail and works very fast. I paid about $30-$35 so it's a bit pricier than I've paid before but it's worth it in my opinion. Her shop is located inside of a building with different multicultural stalls and as someone who's a bit directionally challenged I had to walk around a bit but if you just follow the signs then you're all set. Parking is also a bit challenging but that's because there's construction being done when I visited. The studio is very clean and well lit! Will definitely be coming back.

Muneeta (I think this is what she said her name was) was very happy and helpful. The salon is cute and small with only 3 chairs, but the location is very convenient for me. Brow threading service was $25. The only awkward part was that she asked me to use my hands to hold the skin near my eyebrows tight while she worked. I've only had brow threading done a few times before, but this was a first for me and I wasn't sure I was doing it right. The service was painless and done in 10 minutes. I would consider coming back next time I need to re-shape my brows.

My eyebrows were barely cleaned up and didn't really thread anything but the middle of my eyebrows and underneath and this lady threaded my skin off under my eyebrow and also took a chunk out of my other brow plus while threading she caught a piece of my eyelashes. I explained my terror with having to grow my eyebrows out after I had a barber leave me with thin eyebrows & here we are. After months & months of letting them grow out I am finally back! Nia took the time to draw out the shape & ask me if I liked it. She actually took the time to see the differences in them & try to make it work. The end result was AMAZING! A couple of things I also appreciated were: the conversation, and her honesty that what I wanted may not be 100% achievable given what I was starting with. I went here after my go-to eyebrow girl's shop had closed down and I needed to get my brows done…read moreimmediately. SERVICE: I had Sush (sorry if misspelled) do my eyebrows. She explained that she couldn't exactly follow the previous threading work (I had explained I used a razor to shave my brows in between). I explained that I liked a flat and thin brow shape. My natural eyebrow shape grows into a thick triangular shape, but I personally like to thread off the top of the triangle for a flatter shape. I told her on multiple occasions that I wanted a flat top on my eyebrow. But at the end, she told me that she was following my natural brow bone as a guide for threading. I hesitantly complied. I waited til the next day to sit on how I feel about the brow work. I took selfies after doing my usual makeup routine. My eyebrows are far from flat. It is very arched! I've had my brows done by three threaders in the past who are able to have them flat on top as I wish. I felt saddened because I got my brows done the day before getting my headshots taken and I was wondering why i couldn't recognized myself when I was previewing the photos. PRICE: $18 for eyebrow threading. The cheapest rate I've seen so far in the Twin Cities metro for this service. LOCATION: The shop is clean and spacious. OVERALL: The shop is clean and inviting.
