Staff Lilly is unprofessional she acts as though she's so busy and no time to pick up a phone call when a message is left for her to please return. Don't know why she so rude and has no customer services skills, when she was working on my nails she was rushing that made her rip into my skin. I went here to get my nails done for prom. I came in and there were only two people getting there nails done so o waited expecting they would be done soon. BUT more ladies started to come in and they went ahead and took them in to get started while I had to wait 3 WHOLE HOURS to get mine done. And when it was finally my turn the manicurist rushes on my nails. When she applies gel to finish off my nails it was even applied on the whole nail! and the paint job wasn't all that great I could've done a way better job myself. read more

The worst nail service I've ever gone to. Paid 20 for basic pedicure the lady didn't even clean my feet well. Basically just applied a bunch of products on my foot and wiped it off. Did not take the time to clean off my cuticles or cut off the dead skin. Took her about 7 minutes for the entire pedicure. Wow where do I begin... well I'm new to the area, time just doesn't permit me to drive to the bay area for 'me' time, so I ask a friend where's a good standup nail shop, she happily says nails lamour; I check the reviews and photos and get super excited this may just be my new nail shop (bare with me 6 months pregnant is exhausting) anywho I finally make my way across town pull up around 10:20am ( mind u the shop opens 9am) there r 2 customers being worked on one looks as if shes almost finished; I say hi I'm here for a full set plus pedicure, the lady in front automatically says we dont have time can u come back? I ask what time she looks at her appointment book and says 2pm OMFFFGGGGGG just doesn't make any sense I could see say an hour but the middle of the day!!!! I was devastated I felt in my gut I was prejudged for what i have no clue!!! I just know I was turned away before I could step fully into door! I came in she did my fill in but she had to run errands before her appt. she did My nails really fast and she did cut my skin in one of my finger without saying sorry, or warned me To put alcohol in my open skin. Really bad customer service! Oh yea also she offered me some designs and i wanted one but she forgot it! I really don't understand, I asked her once how long you've been in business? Lily is amazing!!! She and her staff take their time and are wonderful in their ability running this full service salon so professionally! Tina does a great job on massages and pedicures! Lily's creative ability always adds the perfect finishing touch to my nails! They take the extra time to get to know clients and work hard to get yo know clients likes and dislikes as far as nail colors and designs! WARNING! do not allow this salon to apply eyelash extensions to anyone you love! My 17 yo daughter decided, against motherly advise, to have eyelash extensions applied here since they were running a student special of $25.00. I knew things were not going right when my daughter started complaining about how irritated her eyes were becoming during the application. (I have lash extensions and know what should be expected). When she was finished, my daughter's eyes were very red and were tearing. The tech said "just give it a few minutes". The lashes looked horrible. The tech had placed so much glue on the them that it was literally scratching the corner of my daughters eye. We asked her to fix it and she removed that area of glue, only to add a bunch more in a different area! And to make matters worse, it was WHITE glue!! There was a huge white glob of glue on my daughters black lashes. We were told "it will dry clear". It did not. The next day I took my daughter to my technician for a removal. The lashes were actually glued to THE EYELID!!! It was incredibly painful for my daughter. We spent 1.5 hrs trying to remove the lashes from ONE EYE! Whatever glue she used, was not what a reputable tech would use. The lash remover was hardly touching the glue on my daughters lashes. So, now we have to return to my tech tomorrow to attempt to remove the other side's lashes, my daughters eyes are swollen and the eye that the lashes were removed on, the lashes are stiff and sore. I'm already out $50.00 and will owe another $50.00 tomorrow. If we can't get the lashes removed, it will be a trip to the Emergency room. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this place is in regards to the application of these lash extensions. She is marketing to teens that will probably have 25.00 available without having to ask their parents. She is not skilled in this area and I would say negligent in her actions as far as the product she is using and the amount she is applying. Please, Do not be fooled by the instagram pictures. My daughter's lashes looked ok in the picture she took. BEWARE!!! If it sounds too good to be true, it is!!!!! read more

Me and my girlfriends came here to get pedi and mani. I usually get shellac because it usually lasts me two weeks minimum guaranteed! Tina did my toes and it was a little sloppy because she went out the lines but I loved the color so much I didn't care to fuss about it. However, Lilly did my nails and it chipped on day three. I wish I saved the picture of my three chipped nails before I snapped it to my girlfriends. One girlfriend's nails peeled off so she just took them all off and the other girlfriend had chipped nails too for both toes and hands. I decided to go back to get it fixed and I was shocked that she wanted to touch up on it like it was regular nail polish... are you kidding me??! I asked her to redo the two nails that were completely chipped off so reluctantly she took the old polish off. She didn't file my chipped left thumb and just painted over the tip along with the rest of my nails. I then realized she was going to add a top coat so I had to tell her to at least cover over all my nails so it would be even. Then right before she puts the top coat she decides to file down my thumb.... wow... she going to really leave nail dust on my thumb then paint over it with a top coat when she just add shellac to the top to hide her mess up.?!!? So annoyed... horrible service. Never going back! Don't go there. I definitely do not recommend. Here's a pic of her final touch up to fix her mess... can you notice the paint left off on my skin??? Went there to get my under arms waxed and noticed Lilly double dipped and used the same stick. It was $20 and sooo unsanitary!!!! Responding to your response---- you do not dispose the sticks after each use like you have to do for sanitary reasons. When you did my last under arm, I seen with my own eyes that you double dipped the wax with the SAME stick!! read more

This place was horrible! The owner did my nails, I got a simple black shellac and she could not do it. She finished and I paid and as soon as I walked out into the sun light you could see how uneven the polish was and the top coat had actual spots in it from her doing a poor job. I immediately went back in and had her come outside and see for herself and she said I needed to wait an hour for her to fix it because she had an appointment coming in. I came all the way back later and had an elderly woman that worked there fix it for me. I will never go there ever again and the owner need to work on her nail skills as well as her customer service. When you go there you'll appreciate the fact that you can tell they put alot of pride into not only their building but also their work . Walkins are always welcome and they do take appointments. By far the worst nail salon I've been to! I went there not too long ago with my baby girl, mind you there were no other customers in sight. Right off the bat I felt rushed she kept telling me to sit down at her work station while I was trying to help my daughter pick out her colors (VERY limited in colors btw) Anyway, I then proceeded to her work station I noticed that it was very dirty, she then started taking off my old nail polish, which she didn't do a thorough job and she failed to remove my old color and didn't really file my nails as a result, my nails looks like sh*t, very blotchy looking! I also got a pedicure by the older lady, I asked her if it was $15 for the express pedicure and she said yes. She forgot to mention that it was $20 for a pedicure and $15 on top shellac nail polish which I thought was included with in the express pedicure. Overall I spent $10 on my little girl's nails, $18 on my nails which I was over charged $3 and $35 on a crappy pedicure! sh*ty service! Never again! Save your money! read more
