Very small shop with only 2 chairs. Soon as I walked in the vibe was off. The older lady working on July 2nd about 2 pm made me wait extra time then seemed to fly through the haircut. She does not know how to cut hair. This is not a barber shop, or Atleast she doesn't give quality haircuts. I just wanted a fade and a scissor cut and she some how managed to chop my hair. The fade was not even a fade she just did a buzz cut. and even after I paid and left a 10 dollar tip I asked her to fade it and she just made it worst. First and last time ever coming here. I wouldn't recommend coming here, better off going to great clips read more

I went to get my haircut today 6/27 Monday in this barbershop. I did my research well. Kat has 5 star ratings and good reviews. After my haircut. Went home and going to take my shower when I noticed that my cut at the back was not polished and even. Went back to your barbershop. Told Kat that she needs to polish my back to make it even because it was very obvious. I will look ridiculous. OMG! Kat you were so rude and disrespectful to me. You charged and I paid $60 dollars for my fade haircut plus $5 dollars tip. She told me she's way too old for this f**k**g s**t and not going to do this anymore! Really Kat? I was so nice, respectful and polite to you. You need to respect me as your paying customer! You are out of the line! If you are too old (cutting hair for 55 years) for this kind of work then retire! For ladies who wants to get fade haircut, please go somewhere else that you are welcome, will respect you and you can go back if the haircut is not right! read more

I have always found the staff to be very friendly and professional. My barber, Kat, is very attentive and consistently cuts my hair just as described. They charge a much more reasonable price than most shops in the area but bring cash because they don't accept credit cards. read more

Kat has been cutting my hair since I moved to San Ramon in 2000, yes almost 22 years . I have followed her as she moved and I have been coming here for at least 15 years (if not longer). Cindy one of the barbers recently purchased the shop, she has given it a great facelift. I have very thick hair, so not everyone can give me a quality cut. Kat is amazing!
