I was not notified of the problem until the final week of my subsequent sale, which left me no time to resolve it and cost me nearly $7,000. I contacted the company and did not receive a resolution. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and as of this writing they have not responded to it. I have also filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. Recording the deed is a basic function of a title and escrow company.
