We are longtime customers of this business - both with the present owners and the former owners. Recently, the present owners replaced all of the automatic washing equipment - it is a very thorough process, and regular visits keep our vehicles spiffy looking. One particular feature of the automatic washing equipment that I particularly like is the wheel cleaning brushes: There is a long serrated flat brush that cleans the tire sidewalls and then a counter-rotating set of rubberized brushes which get into each crevice - then a forceful spray to wash away road grime and brake dust. I would NOT recommend this car wash to anyone who is looking for a clean car!! I have given this car wash a few opportunities, and each time gets worse. I HIGHLY suggest saving your money and going somewhere else . The help here is AWFUL . They spend about 3 minutes total cleaning the Vechile. My car is NEVER really dirty or a mess , however when I leave here , it looks like I never even went to the car wash!! The staff seems to be very lazy , no work ethic , or any energy put into cleaning your car . I have mentioned this to the manager , and nothing ever seems to get done about it . There are other GREAT car washes in the area . Save your money , and STAY AWAY from here if you actually want to leave with a clean vehicle!! The outside of the car was washed and waxed with brushes, nozzels, and other mechanical devices. The crew finished the outside work, and then did a superb job of cleaning the inside of the car. Unbeknownst to me, my credit card had been dropped on the seat of the car. Apparently, one of the crew members found it, and placed it neatly inside the cup-holder. Great job. Decent car wash. If car is serviced at Global Chevy - Kia dealer. They give you a free car wash here. Not sure if you need to spend a certain amount when you your car serviced. I think this place is pretty expensive for what they offer in a package. But they are at a great location that they will get it for sure. Not a place I'll return to unless getting it free read more

They use to have amazing service, but lately I'm extremely disappointed each time. My front bumper and windshield on the outside are still extremely dirty. Inside the car doesn't look like it has even been touched by a vacuum and I still have to touch it up when I get home myself. This place is not what it use to be. I brought my 2006 black murano in to get washed, I asked the staff if they had recommended any item they had that I could purchase to get tiny scratches out of my door. Instead of selling me a wax off their shelf, he told the guys to quickly buff it out for me. The wash came out great and so did the buff job. My car looked new, and the service was amazing. I asked if my car was finished and they said yes. Inside was not great. Only getting 3 stars because I have been here when they have done a good job. Now, I went here not too long ago, and I saw something really concerning. Long story short, I witnessed one of the staff pass out from heat exhaustion (I shit you not). It didn't seem like there were very many employees on the job that day, or maybe they just keep as a small enterprise or whatever, but she passed out from overworking in the heat on the premises. The fact that they allowed the working conditions for that to happen is morally bankrupt and I was sickened that they're okay with that being the probable norm for their employees. I will not support this business until I have confirmation that they aren't treating their employees like literal cannonfodder, and you shouldn't support them either. No amount of extra-tiring work is "necessary" if it means that a young, otherwise healthy lady is going to rake herself over the coals to turn a small profit. This must change, and fast. read more

Car wash left small scratches all over car not sure if it was towels or machine. They also didn't wait for my car to manually come out of the wash they drove it out and jumped the stopper infront of the tire. Don't know why Global would give a voucher to such a bad car wash place. read more

Terrible place under the new management. My last visit was on September 12, 2020 I paid to have a premium plus wash but the car was not wiped inside. The mats were hurriedly splashed with water with no soap and came out dirtier. The doors were not wiped. When I asked, one of the ladies said that they only wipe places where water touches. That means they don't wipe inside even when I paid for the premium plus which is supposed be complete cleaning. What a shame. I will never visit that car wash again. read more

I had my car serviced at the Global Hyundai Dealership and the dealership gave me a coupon to go get my car washed at the 22 Auto Spa. I thought it was pretty decent. I don't come here often since I live far. The only time I go to this car wash is when I get my car serviced. This place has really gone downhill! One hour on line (with no way to get out)! They were all looking for a vacuum that worked! If there was an option not to provide stars, I would. This place is high priced and not thorough when it comes to cleaning cars. They constantly change owners and nothing is ever the same when it comes to providing exceptional customer service. I took my brand new vehicle there to get washed? And it came back scratched! The owner insisted that their machines and or employees didn't damage my vehicle. They didn't even try to fix it, instead looked at it, put a little wax on the area and accepted no "possible" fault.
