Having #mombrain, I didn't even think about bringing a thank you gift until we were standing in her house. Total fail. I decided that I would send her something after we returned home instead of trying to sneak out to get something in a city I knew nothing about. Thank god for the internet and thank god for Yelp. At first, I was going to send her something made in Tampa, until I realized how expensive shipping costs. Small businesses can't absorb that shipping cost like Amazon can. Instead, I started searching businesses in Saratoga. I looked at all sorts of gift baskets and finally settled on flowers. I have a terrible eye for design, so I loved that they have what I call a trust us option. They just ask what's the occasion and they put together the bouquet. Luckily, my aunt sent me pictures so I could see that they didn't send something awful. Actually, I think it is the opposite, I think the bouquet is gorgeous - hence the five stars. You can do everything online. I did have to talk to them on the phone because I was being lazy and didn't want to get my credit card so I let the internet autofill my credit card information and then guessed my security code. Turns out I chose a card that had been replaced recently because of the expiration date, so they did have to call me to get a new card. However, if it wasn't for user error, you can order flowers without even speaking to someone. The other thing I thought was really cool was they can deliver basically right away. I thought it would take at least a couple of days, but there was the option to have it delivered the next day, so I figured why not. Bam, flowers there immediately. So if you screw up and need to send sorry flowers, you know they will get there fast. If you don't want them to get there immediately, you can choose your future date. Again, they make it easy for you. Process was super smooth and the flowers turned out amazing. Five stars.

I've been purchasing their arrangements since 2022. Each friend who has received a birthday arrangement was in love/awe with their gift. --Timeless Bouquet-- (Perfect for someone is is classy, elegant, love neutrals, and beautiful things) In July 2022, Urban Flora texted me once the flowers were dropped off; I had the flowers dropped off outside as my friend was quarantining and was the point of main point of contact while keeping this a surprise. --Pink Sorbet Bouquet-- (Perfect for a lover of pink, someone with a vibrant personality, maybe someone into anime). In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.
