We took 3 rides with this company in one night. First ride was in the pink stretch hummer limo. It was pretty tricked out on the inside. However the sound was very loud and the A/C was weak. We asked the sound to be turned down a bit but didn't make a difference. We asked the air to be turned up and we're told it was maxed. There was hardly anything coming out of the vent. The second ride was in the white stretch hummer. We had to switch due to a timing conflict with us asking to leave a little early. It was less tricked out but the sound was at a respectable level. And most importantly to me, the air was blowing and we could actually feel it. Very much appreciated after walking around in 85* heat. Our first driver did call around our normal pick up time to make sure we got picked up. The third drive was back in the pink stretch hummer. Our driver was willing to come get us earlier which was great. The sound system was still cutting out a bit but the air was working this time! We didn't check on the first ride but second and third both had waters available for us. Overall an enjoyable experience for the occasion and the price was right! My wife was flying into Vegas to meet me....our limo was scheduled for 4:45 but the airline changed arrival 4 times and 24/7 limo kept updating our airport pickup without getting mad. If I could give this company and driver zero stars, I would!! This limo driver put a HUGE damper on my daughters sweet 16 birthday especially sanitary danger. Found a posting on Facebook Market and sent a message and got a call the same day. A guy Ron ended up texting everything to confirm transportation, sent pictures and said he worked for 24/7. 24/7 had some good and bad reviews so... I felt comfortable enough to book. Ron showed up 2 1/2 hours late and had many excuses for his lateness. Pick up communication was discussed and confirmed 2 days prior for 12-12:30. I sent a text the day of transportation at 12:45 asking for a time frame to only be told, he can't make it until 3:00. For 2 hours I was lied to about time frame and where he was at with arrival. 24/7 limo pulled up to pick 7 girls and take them to Lake Las Vegas. Limo had used cups on floor, filthy fingerprints on windows and a cracked window. Mind you website says they are taking extra precaution for cleaning during COVID. It was very hot inside limo and for an hour car ride with an extreme heat wave over weekend (118 outside). Driver says when he arrived that pick up time was 2:30??? Seriously, did you forget the text conversation? Manager Angela, had not much to say, but offer a free 1 hour ride. She advised we didn't book with company directly, we booked with driver and it's subbed out (like a side job) and wasn't 24/7 fault supposedly. Mind you if something happens, who is legally responsible??? NEVER AGAIN! No Received a call from office manager about my negative/false review against the company when company wasn't involved. Son's 21st with friends off to rocky start thanks to 27/7 Limo! I reached out to 24/7 Limo via their website inquiry form and did not get a response. With staffing shortages everywhere, I was not too concerned. So, I called two days later and Allen, a driver, answered from a car. I was looking to book the special on their website which is the party bus, stop at the Welcome sign, onto the hotel and return transfer to the airport for $295. This was for 8 passengers. Allen was not familiar with this package so he said Jacquie would reach out to me. Two more days pass and no response. I follow up via text and Allen calls me to go over the details. It won't be the party bus; it will be the stretch Escalade for the same $295, fine. I ask if I need to complete a booking form or contract and Allen assures me, we are good to go, that they will be watching our flight and be ready to pick us up. This makes me uneasy, so I send Allen a text with the details we just discussed. No response. Four days before arrival I ask if the sign/iPad with my name on it, instead could have my son's name, since it is his 21st birthday we are celebrating. The response I received was almost laughable. It read "I can on request ..I try to avoid it ." It appeared I was really putting them out asking for this but still stuck with it and expected them to be there for us. We got our luggage 20 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time so I sent a courtesy text that we have arrived and will be ready. I did not receive a response. We waited 22 minutes and I called their number. I was told they would reach out to the driver to get a status. I got a call back a short time later to inform me, Chris, our diver was still in bed, and something got screwed up with the communication on their end (see previous two paragraphs to understand how that happened). I was offered another driver to be there in 20 minutes but there was no time to stop at the Welcome sign. They said they would try to pick us up later that night and take us there. I rented the pink Stretch Hummer for my daughter's 16th Birthday. When I tell you her and her friends had a ball they all had an amazing time. The driver arrived on time and she took them everywhere they wanted to go. The inside was clean and so pretty. Never again! You won't get a third try with me. Horrible experience with your company from beginning to end. Thing is, I had issues with your company last year (September) BUT I decided to still use your company this year, in hopes that things would be better. To start... I scheduled the package that was $220 (airport pick up and round trip return with a visit to the Vegas sign) and was told there weren't any limos available and I'd be charged $230 for an SUV. I was thinking that this was going to be some sort of huge luxury SUV with lots of space. Nope. It was a "regular" SUV that happened to be black. The driver kept calling me telling me he was in the baggage claim area. Problem! This was a surprise pickup for my fiancé --- who happens to be with me AND hearing the driver on the line telling me that he's at baggage claim. The first call was ok. Calling me 2 more time was NOT cool -- especially when I wasn't LATE! The driver didn't know that he was to have champagne OR that he was taking us to the Vegas sign. He stopped at a liquor store that happened to be on the way to the sign. Tacky! The driver didn't have a way to take payment from me via credit card and seemed not to understand what was going on. He called the office and I gave my card information on the phone as we sat at the entrance of the hotel. I have various copies of my confirmation that initially shows the information for Vegas sign and champagne then that gets erased when I made a call to make sure that the drivers sign read "ryan smith" On Friday evening, I called, as promised to make sure that my return trip time was set up and that a different hotel pickup was entered. Instead of being picked up from the Mirage (where I was dropped off on 9/10) I needed to be picked up at 830pm from MGM. I also asked for a limo instead of an SUV. We went back and forth on pricing! The woman I spoke to kept telling me that I would owe an additional $108. I already paid $152 of the $220 balance. I disagreed with that price. I should have ended up owing $68-$78. She assured me that a manager would call me back because she was new and didn't know what to do and that the manager was making her way in the office. No one called back. I called back on Saturday and was assured that all was well and that everything was in the system. I received a follow up voice mail and a text message. The odd thing is, the text directs me to pay the driver in cash! Ok. No problem. The problem is, I'm waiting outside the MGM. No driver. No call. I called at 840pm and was told that the driver who was assigned was not answering. Then I was put on hold again. I'm told that a driver would arrive in 5 minutes and it would be an upgraded vehicle AND I wouldn't be charged for the upgrade. Time is being wasted. I don't want to wait. I tell the person "no, I don't to wait another 5 minutes". I'm certain that 5 minutes would not be 5 minutes! I caught a taxi to the airport, after being on the phone for 15-20 minutes with your company! Thank goodness for the bell guy who realized that we had been waiting for OUR RIDE for a very long time and he didn't make us get in the back of the line for a taxi. Thing is, your company didn't seem to care that I was inconvenienced. No email. No text. No call of apology. You might need to tell your employees to stop telling customers that they are new. Most people don't care that you're new. We just want our issues fixed in a timely and efficient manner. You can guarantee that I will not give you a third chance. I emailed this same information to the company and didn't get a response. I tried to give them an opportunity to respond for having me look like an idiot waiting for a limo that never showed up to take me back to the airport. --------- Still no call or email BUT... Absolutely one of the WORST limousine experiences EVER. HORRIBLE from beginning to end. I don't usually post reviews, but I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Avoid these half-@ssed hacks at all costs. August. Show at Hard Rock, dinner at NOBU. Roughly midnight. Hired a car service after instead of waiting for a cab. 2 couples, 40's, professional. Not drunk. Not obnoxious. Not exactly Hangover movie material. Driver approached, said stretch Hummer limo (should have been our first clue...) was available. We said OK. Fare quoted was $125 to Venetian, $75 more for a second drop at Bellagio, since we were at separate hotels. Driver got argumentative when we tried to negotiate. Fair to say no, but don't be a jerk about it. You're in a service industry, dude. Fine. Agreed anyway and we're off. Bad call on our part. Because then we realized the car was filled with empty bottles, glasses, plastic cups, spilled liquid, melted ice, and garbage. And it smelled like urine. Clearly, it WAS Hangover movie night a some point. The only thing missing was a naked Mr. Chow, but he could have still been in the trunk. Should have immediately gotten out. Pointed this mess out to the driver. He just turned up the radio like he couldn't hear us. Husband #1 moved up to the front, and told him the car was filled with trash. Driver said that 'only his company could clean up the car later'. WTH? We take limos all the time in Vegas, and use car services regularly in NY and SF. NEVER has a driver point blank told me, 'Not my job to clean this up'. Sir, it IS your JOB to keep your car clean and attend to passengers you are transporting. Especially when you charge $200 for a 2 mile ride. Husband #1 was irate, Husband #2 told driver to take us to Venetian and we'd all get out. Thank God it was a short ride because the smell was awful. Once there, driver was mad he wasn't going to get the extra $75 for the second stop. Husband #1 was still complaining (loudly) while exiting vehicle, and driver (a big guy) actually stepped up on him like he was going to fight. Are you kidding me?!? What are we, in high school?!? Driver then realized Husband #1 was an even bigger guy and backed off. Utterly appalling. Husband #1 paid driver $125 and actually gave him a $75 tip. Because he really was the bigger man. Why we chose this limo service: For the vehicle it was the cheapest. I've never been in a limo that was so "used". It rode hard, the transmission wasn't in good condition, the interior was worn. Even so, it was spacious and well equipped, and our driver tried hard to be accommodating. It was sufficient for our transportation needs and for the dollars, it was a acceptable. read more

I have rented from them on 2 separate occasions and on my first experience the vehicle was 30 minutes late (said due to traffic and vehicle was dirty) but Adam was amazing and the service made up for the lateness. We rented the pink hummer for a nice celebration dinner party at Ruth Chris. It was a classy fly event! Adams service, support and flexibility was top notch! Adam restored our faith! Sooooo... Fast forward 3 months and we ordered a normal black stretch limo (classy black tie event) for the birthday man and his special guest. The women had on formal ball gowns and the men Tuxedos. 24/7 called to tell me it would be late (oh no, not again!!! - due to engine blew on vehicle). This was a very special event, 200 guest waiting for a grand arrival of the birthday party. A green hummer arrived but even more concerning it had the stench of smoke, seats were dirty and torn. The vehicle had limited air and it was 110 degrees that day! The office was responsive and comp'd the ride but this was NEVER ABOUT the MONEY but the experience. You cannot rewind or start over when you have an expectation of a quality and high-class experience. You count on the company to deliver a quality product; unfortunately that was not the case for this 50th birthday gig. Unacceptable since they did not deliver - inability to take pictures, missed the opportunity for a grand arrival and the guest were visibly sweaty upon arrival to the venue! This was the WORST limo service I ever received. DO NOT USE. I am calling the transportation board on him. The fake limo driver Allen is rude and unprofessional. I was celebrating my moms 71st birthday with a car full of older women. He came dressed unprofessional was the first part. Then he complained about the ride even though I was compensating him. He dropped us off at the wrong spot and when I asked him to return to pick us up he would not come back and deliver us to the restaurant we had reservations at. We had to walk to the restaurant with 9 older ladies. He said " he was over us" and then would not come back and pick us up after dinner, which was agreed upon. We went on the worst 30 min ride, he had no waters in the limo and refused to help the ladies to get out the car. I felt extremely discriminated against and ruined dinner trying to look for a ride home. Unless you want a rude racist driver who might not pick you up if he get another job I strongly suggest not to book with this company. We ended up getting a last min service for a lot cheaper rate but I want the world to not waste their money on the company. I will never book 24-7 for a ride again. We had a Ladies Friday Night Out planned and I thought it was be cool to get the Pink Limo. Great idea in theory but it ended up being a nightmare. Strike 1: Limo driver was 20 mins late picking us up at Planet Hollywood. I guess traffic was bad? Strike 2: Our late driver was obnoxious, arrogant, and just plain rude. He need an attitude adjustment. Hey DUDE, you were the one who was late, so the least you can do is be nice to us? His name is Adam and I suggest avoiding him at all costs. Strike 3: No ice or clean glassed in the limo. I specifically asked if this would be provided when I booked and this was not the case. I asked Adam if we could stop and get ice and cups and he gave me attitude, again. Strike 4: I went to pay the price I agreed upon when booking and apparently it was not all inclusive as I was told. Adam wanted an additional tip for him. Um are you kidding me? I was so annoyed but I didn't want to make a fuss and further dampen the ladies evening so I just threw him $20 and I will never be calling 24/7 again. I hired this party bus service during a trip to Vegas for my big birthday bash! Please do not do it! I had many offers for a cheaper price and with services that were probably more reliable. Here is the play by play. We had 18 people, which was less that we had originally planned for but we worked it out with the guy so that each person just paid 5 bucks more. 1. They pushed back the pick up time by 30mins last minute. 2. The first bus did not have everything they said the bus would have. We did not complain. 3. They changed out the buses after the first drop-off at a strip club without notifying us. We had stuff still left inside the old bus (alcohol and personal items). 4. We then had to wait for almost half and hour for them to locate the other bus and go meet them to collect our things. 5. We had contracted the company to do hosted entry to all the clubs at the palms except rain. After the first club, the contact person sent me a text saying that, i quote "stay at moon and have fun" . When I texted him back asking about the next club, I was ignored. Unless you want to have a stressful event night, I wouldn't recommend you use this company. Especially since we prepay everything. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Never experienced such unprofessional drivers and management. My company scheduled them to "shuttle" us to a conference for three days in the morning. They had a card on file which was charged. The driver arrived late then asked us for an immediate payment even though the charge had already gone through. When we asked about the payment double charge they became VERY shady. The driver called his management. He was completely unable to explain the issue with his home office. Making us even more late. His ability to communicate was probably a third or second grade level. We asked if we could go ahead and leave, sorting everything out after. The driver then turned into a complete maniac. We have proof of payment, he was completely oblivious to the world and basic common sense. He then tried to fight with our Senior Vice President. UNREAL!!!! I never write negative reviews on here, but this had to be shared. I took a 24/7 Limo Black SUV (alone) from Wynn to Aria 3 weeks ago. The driver quoted me at $40 bucks, which is a little expensive, but not too ridiculous for Las Vegas. My phone was dead and I needed to charge it so I was willing to pay for the ride and some battery juice. When we got to Aria the driver asked me for my credit card number, wrote it down and called it in, which I thought was very odd as typically companies as such would have the Square app or another means of swiping your card. We argued a little bit about it as I was very apprehensive and in doing so I forgot my phone ON THE CHARGER in front with the driver. After walking about 10 feet I realized I had left it behind, but the driver had already sped off. Upon my return home (the next day) I called 24/7 Limos, spoke to two women and the drivers' manager, Jason. I asked very politely for my phone and had told them that I signed a paper with my credit card number so the driver I had should be very traceable. For 2 weeks they gave me the runaround. I filed a police report as my phone is technically STOLEN PROPERTY and told Jason I'd be writing this Yelp review and he didn't seem to care whatsoever. So just a heads-up, these guys have shady means of payment processing, and will NOT RETURN your property if you accidentally leave it behind, like you'd expect from a (professional) company that would like to keep a good reputation with its clients. Booked a stretch hummer for a bachelorette party where there were 16 of us girls. Best value around! No minimum hours required. Very affordable rates (cheaper than anything else I looked up). And very quality customer service. Our driver not only chauffered us around but also got out and took pictures of us by request. Also took us to a liquor store where he was able to get us some sort of limo driver discount. Then he suggested we go by the Las Vegas sign so we could take more pictures. I'm rating 24/7 Limos based on their quick email responses, their ability to answer your questions to the fullest in order to facilitate a great Las Vegas experience, and their excellent customer service. I talked with Kelsey over the phone and all I can say is that she truly gets it. This company isn't afraid to answer any of your questions courteously, a rare thing for many Las Vegas companies, and they encourage you to ask more if you are uncertain. I took my children and really wanted to give them an amazing first time Vegas experience and with the help of our driver Dennis and the kind, accurate, and prompt services provided by 24/7 Limos, I was able to look like father of the decade. I was given a quote before using their services, expected some sort of hidden fees, and to my surprise, the price was exactly what they said it would be. Not only did they go above and beyond in order to have a great Vegas trip, they even took us for pictures to the famous Las Vegas sign, which was totally unexpected. Everyone has their own opinions and the internet has facilitated them even further with sites like Yelp, but all I can say to the fine people of this company is thank you very much. I was bestman for a Vegas bachelor party and wanted a limo ride around the strip before clubbing to get us warmed up. GOOD: Respectable Pricing BAD: I ordered a WHITE H2 Hummer specifically for a BACHELOR party. The H2 rolls up 5 minutes late (when I called they said they had been waiting, we were 20 minutes early so they lied). The H2 that pulls up is a HOT PINK one with advertisement on the back for a male strip club. We were not happy to be rolling around town in a HOT PINK H2 with half naked dudes posted on the back of it. We got laughed at twice when we stopped at the sign and another place. It does equal a funny bachelor party story, but it would have been better had we gotten what we wanted. read more

I called 24/7 Limousines looking to reserve their pink hummer limo for my daughter's birthday. I asked if there was a minimum of how many hours you had to rent the limo, the lady on the phone said no. I told her I wanted to reserve it, I told her that the pick up would be from North Las Vegas and that's when the price jumped, there was a different rate for picking up other than on the strip.... two hours came out to $774!!!! Couldn't explain how 2 hours worked out to that or what the rate was per hour. She asked if there was any way that pick up could be on the strip! Uhhh no what would be the point of bringing 12 people to the strip to have a limo pick us up and take us to the Circus Circus ?! After reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't go with them! We were trying to figure out how to transport 6 people to the strip from our resort. Most times, they will say that you have to take two cabs which can be expensive. We were greeted by 24/7 Limosines who stepped in to transport us. We were quoted a very.reasonable price and recieved a fully stocked party bus! Not knowing what time we'd be ready to leave our destination, our driver said that he'd come back to pick us up. Clearly this is a company that has lost its mojo. Now I know why they still had availability during CES. The receptionist staff will not give you their full attention and were not forthcoming about information. I was given the run-around on pricing and was quoted for and charged rates that did not exist at any level. They didn't monitor the flight information and were not authorized to wait, and as a result was grossly overcharged. Then I was told I would have to wait almost a week for the final paperwork. This is absolutely not acceptable. Another fantastic experience with this company. We came to Las Vegas from San Diego/Riverside for our annual Super Bowl weekend trip. We've used Pete with 24/7 for 3 years now and will continue every time we're in town. Pete was very easy to get in touch with while trying to coordinate a ride to our Super Bowl party off the strip for 20+ people. He confirmed our pickup location and time the day before and the day of, and showed up early dressed to impress in a stretch Cadillac stocked with drinks for the ride. We made quite the entrance! I would give this company a 0 if I could. I spent the weekend of the 28th of August in Vegas to celebrate my 30th and my bachelorette weekend. This company RUINED that weekend. I was messaged by a Bobby (see pictures) on Instagram who stated that they could get me a limo for one hour for $350. I had a friend who said this was over priced, which it most definitely was but I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another. I made arrangements for a limo (party bus, see in photos) to pick us up. I should have RAN the moment I stepped foot in that bus it was FILTHY and at the HEIGHT of Covid-19. The driver DEMANDED that I give him the money upfront as well as a $60 tip that was NEVER discussed with Bobby! Okay, I left it alone. Nothing was ruining my night. THEN we head to the liquor store to which he buys a pint size bottle of Hennessy, a personal size sprite and cranberry juice and we had to request he go back for ice as it was all melted from the previous ride. I then told the driver to take us back to the hotel and to cancel the entire ride as this was not going to work. He takes us back and refused to give us our money back. In comes Mr. Ron Brady into the picture. He tells us some bullsh*t about how he's going to give me a refund, how he's suspended the driver over the course of 2 weeks. I STILL have yet to receive a refund but plan on filling a complaint against the BBB as well as seeking other avenues with guidance from my attorney. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. A driver by the name of Malik was parked at the Golden Nugget and asked me where I was headed. When I told him I needed a ride to the airport he offered me a fair price at $35. The entire ride to the airport he talked about his "ballin'" financial status and about how he used to drive for other people's companies before he decided to branch out and start his own. That's right...he said 24/7 Entertainment Limousines was HIS company. I met Adam years ago through a mutual friend, and little did I know how lasting the business relationship would be! 8 (ok maybe 9) years later- I return to Vegas on a huge company trip complete with all of our top tier clients and he knocked it outta the park for us! Our generously sized client group was not an issue. Starting with pick up from the airport in hummer limo with SUV for luggage. The attention to detail for the pick up was outta bounds! We did not have to wait, touch the luggage or wait for our next drink- Adam took care of everything! From champagne in our hummer limo, with party music playing- completely kicking off the trip- to the concierge level service when the SUV collected the luggage without our efforts (fantastic!). Every night, even on his day off!- he facilitated the bookings and pick up location/time effortlessly for me which was such a great help while planning events on the fly! If he wasn't picking us up, his contact would text me directly which really made the difference for timing. Horrible experience. They didn't bother showing up to our home to pick up our daughter and the wedding party. They had no problem charging us and have still not paid us back for a non-service. We had to scramble last minute to find an alternative ride for the bride to reach the church and the venue. The sister, the parents, the future in laws, all got on their phones and we were lucky that at the last possible minute, we were able to find a limo service that helped save the day, Crown Limousine LA. Thank God for them! Do these people know the damage they cause when they mess a very important day in someone's life? How do they not care that a bride is waiting for them and they know they are not showing up? Giving them one star is implying that the service was that bad. There was no service and zero is not an option on yelp. We are still waiting for them to reimburse us despite the fact they never showed up! read more

24-7 SCREWED UP MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. If you want to have fun in VEGAS, STAY AWAY from 24- Entertainment. They do not know how to take care of people and they do not know when a business loss is a business loss. They will make sure that they come up on top no matter what the consquences are to the customer. These are horrible people with no morals or business sense. I can't believe that there are not more complaints. They will make shady deals for party packages and then confirm you for a club only to make you change the club of your choice because they do not take care of their customers. i love this limo company.. great service and they have a vehicle for every type of event. We get the vault or the rockstar bus for E.D.C every year when we wanna be ballers. Awesome sound system and lights inside....not to mention the stripper poles. Theyre always on time for pickups and the prices are great. read more
