Horrible service and reliability, they left my outside water running when they left my house and luckily I drove to my house to see what work was done and found the water had been left running for hours and fludd front yard and down the street and into the neighbors house. Beware - Unethical Practices and Questionable Certification Process We hired this company to certify our septic tank system because they were the most affordable option. They came on a Wednesday, opened the septic and the pit, and the supervisor on site said everything looked good and gave the go-ahead to cover it back up. He even took a photo to send to the office. [[HIGHLIGHT]]By Friday, we still hadn't received the certificate, so I called. They apologized and said it would be sent soon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Later that day, a different supervisor named Bill called, saying the certificate would fail due to "deterioration" in the pit and that he was on his way to give us a quote. He arrived and quoted us $6,300 for repairs, insisting it had to be done before closing escrow. This raised red flags. We asked for an invoice and a copy of the failed certificate. The report they sent had no photos or video evidence of the alleged damage. We contacted three other companies for second opinions. All of them said that proper procedure includes showing the damage on-site and providing visual documentation. None could give an opinion based on the vague report we received. We requested the original photos, and the company sent two blurry, unhelpful close-ups. This only increased our doubts. We then hired a second company to re-certify the system. They opened the pit, ran a video camera, and confirmed there was no deterioration. We received a passing certificate from them. It's clear to us that this first company tried to take advantage of our situation, assuming we'd pay the $6,300 just to avoid delays in escrow. The bathtub began filling with water while I was doing laundry Saturday morning. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called THOMPSON FAMILY PLUMBING they answered my call 10 minutes before they opened and showed up 20 minutes later.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It cost me 340.00 to find out I would need to have my septic pumped. They said they could do it for a little over 1400.00. He recommended I have the seal on my toilet replaced and would do it for 350.00. I decided to wait and call around on Monday. I had my septic tank pumped for 449.00 and was quoted 60.00 for the gasket. They inspected the toilet and said I didn't need it done. Glad I waited. They worked quickly and fortunately the gas company recently marked my property so it made things move faster. They were very educational. I would highly recommend them. It would have cost me less for an emergency call on Saturday then I paid for both companies coming out. read more

I've been using Alpha Omega to clean out my septic tank for the past 9 years plus. On the most recent empty out, Alpha Omega informed me that my septic tank would need to be replaced soon. It was deteriorating and the division wall within the tank was starting to fail. I decided to inquire about changing out the tank. The price quote I received from Alpha Omega was slightly under $5k. I decided to shop around and call a few other septic companies in the area. To my surprise they were a little higher priced than Alpha Omega, but not by much. Being that I was familiar with Alpha Omega I decided to stick with them. Their schedule was about a month out. When they finally came to do the work, I received the fateful news that my leach lines were corroded and needed to be replaced right away. The only problem was that the city of Apple Valley no longer allowed leach lines to be set in place. Instead I had to get a seepage pit, and it was going to cost an additional $2k. At this point there was no turning back so I agreed to get it installed. The entire install only took a few days once that little kink was worked out. Then it took about another day or so to get the permit sign-off from the city of Apple Valley without any issues. The entire project out the door was $6 shy off $7,500. When I talked to friends and relatives it seemed as though it's the average cost of what a new system would cost. The only minor complaint was that the two clean-outs were sticking about 6" above ground. One of the clean-out wasn't an issue because it was next to a planter, but the other clean-out needed to be cut down slightly. I called Alpha Omega and voiced my concern, so they came out the very next day and cut it down to where no one can trip over it. Overall I was very pleased with the efficiency from Alpha Omega and it would recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Great work guys! After months of trying to work out our own solution a friend recommended Alpha Omega, mostly for parts, but I thought I'd give them a call to get an estimate. Not only was the estimator at my house the very next day, he gave me a straight forward and inclusive price that was only a few dollars higher than if I would have rented the backhoe and done it myself! The crew was able to push up my install from 'a week or two' to 'next Friday' and then to that Monday morning! They arrived early and knocked a full septic replacement with 70' leech line inside 5 hours. What's more is that they even smoothed and cleaned up the yard before they left. Just had the owner of the company, Bill, here to give me an estimate on replacing my septic. He's the only estimator and it didn't take more than 2 minutes for him to insult me because I was explaining what his staff told me when I had my tanks pumped a few weeks earlier. Saying "You know best, you're the plumber". To which I replied "OK thanks anyways but I don't need your service then". He then said "it's people like me that give him gray hair". Called me a "SUNT"?! As he walked off saying "See you next Tuesday. Think about what those initials stand for". Spelling wasn't his strongest suit obviously. I even have that part on video as you can see the still shot of him walking off my property towards his white pickup truck. He doesn't need the work, nor does he deserve it. His staff are extremely pleasant including the ladies at the front (Alma, Megan, Cynthia and the crew) but this business needs to rot if Bill is part of it. People like this think just because they have money they can treat others however they want. Don't spend your money with Bill, find another company and give them your money instead. Where do I start? Alpha Omega started with me when a business that I had bought used them for their septic tanks. Shortly after, I added all 3 of my businesses grease traps to their regular responsibility. We were due for a new leach line and had it scheduled for December 31. On the 22nd we received a call, "We would like to give you a early Christmas present and can be there tomorrow morning, December 23rd. Awesome crew shows at 7:30, on time!! The very nice lady filled me in on what they would do and how much would cost I opted to dig out the hatches. Big mistake, after digging 1 out I was thrashed. I called back and her reply was, "no problem, well be there in about 2 hours." 2 hours later clean and polite gentlemen arrived and got right to work digging out the second cover, pausing ocasionally when I asked a question.
