Installed new washing machine hookup and new utility sink. It was a complicated job and they gave me a fair price. They were on time and very professional. Everything was installed to my specifications and they left the area neat and clean. They charged a $95 fee to come out for the estimate but took it off the price of the job. I highly recommend spending the $95 if you need an estimate in the Lucerne Valley area. I will have them back to do more work. read more

I am a p/t home health care aid for elderly & disabled individuals. I was working for a client who was in tears when I arrived at her home. I called on Friday with a broken pipe from all the weather we have had( my husband was out of town) Did I mention it was at 4:25 pm. They said no worries some one will be there by 5:30pm Gary showed up at 5:15. He was very nice and very upfront. My entire house needed to be replaced. You see it was built in 1956 and had never been replaced. He was extremely upfront with everything that was to be done and why. When the crew arrived earlier then expected it was nothing but professional forwarded. They did not leave any trash and the work is amazing!!!! The dry wall is perfect for my very different 1950's sand texture is perfect. I will never call another plumber they will forever be my go too. Best service I've had in a while in the high desert (Victorville) , these guys are great but mostly honest, something difficult to find now a days, specially when it comes to any home maintenance. Our toilet was not flushing well they didn't have the part on hand so they helped us trying to find it all over town and even contacted the manufacturer, they figure out the problem came back after we got the part on Amazon and installed it. Ended up choosing Motherflushers based on their claimed attention to detail and speed, as well as their full service drywall and stucco patching and competitive pricing. Surprisingly they actually followed through with their promises. The repipe took a 10 hour day and we had water the same evening. Gary, Frankie, Chris & Eddie were professional and friendly and made sure the whole thing went super smooth. As expected a bunch of issues popped up during the job, and they made sure all my concerns got addressed right away. Our experience about three months ago was originally negative because we felt we were taken advantage of. We needed our toilets lifted up with new wax seals installed with caulking. After the work was done by Mothflushers, we had suspicions that the toilets hadn't been completely fixed three months agowith new wax seals and caulking. We called a new plumber who removed the toilets and showed us that the original wax seal etc for the toilets were still there. So this morning we felt that we paid $648 for basically nothing three months ago. At least now we have the work completed for less than 1/2 price than the original. Update on my review: May 27, 2022: I was pleasantly surprised by a phone call from the owner of Motherflushers. We talked about my initial opinion of the work done plus the fact that we had a plumber come today to redo both toilets. The owner is a very nice person who is eager to make his customers happy with their work. The bottom line is that I have a much more positive opinion of this company . He is refunding me the $300 we paid for today's plumber. I believe if I needed a plumber in the future I would give Motherflushers a second chance.
