Truly the best service around! This is my second time working with Henry and his team and he always comes through for me. In October 2021, my upstairs neighbor had a water leak coming from her shower (inside the walls). It caused water to leak down into my guest bathroom and through to our condo building's garage. I called Henry immediately and he made time in his busy schedule to come check out the damage on the same day. I thought the damage wasn't that bad, but he explained that human eyes can't be trusted! And thank god he did! The device he used picked up quite a lot of water damage on the inside of my walls! He went over what we needed to do: make some small holes in my bathroom, setup the air blowers for the dry out process, and make sure to open the bathroom door for a few minutes each day to check on the equipment. After 3 days of dry out, Henry returned to pick up the equipment and discuss the build back work necessary. Since the damage was within the walls, I expected my HOA to pick up the repairs. Unfortunately, they are falling on hard times. So it was up to me to open a claim with my insurance (Mercury). This process with my insurance and HOA Company took 3 months! Henry was incredibly patient and walked me through the process, step by step, of how to work with my insurance company to get the funds necessary to complete the work. In January 2022, I finally heard from Mercury that they'd send me a check to pay for the dry out and complete the build back. I let Henry know on a Friday and he had contractors (Fernando + Crew) at my house rebuilding my bathroom on Sunday! Fernando and his team were very nice guys. Super professional. Knew what they were doing. And they even bought me lunch! As a 1st time homeowner, it can be so scary to trust your expensive investment to contractors. But they made me feel like family. They started at 8am on Sunday and completed the full job by 5pm. The work was top-notch! I secured the check from my insurance about a week and a half later. From start to finish Henry made this extremely stressful event super smooth and easy. Even when I got flustered with my insurance company, he let me know that this happens ALL the time in LA and that "we are going to see this through to the end together."
