Luis from 24/Seven was the first to call me back, and he was not only prompt in getting back to me but also professional and personable, strategizing with me on my project and quickly finding an upcoming day and time, at a reasonable price. We requested a hot tub removal be done today, after a lot of hiccups (on my part) with other things coming up at the last second it took us a little while to get a solid date for pick up. Pick up day was scheduled and time was also scheduled, they showed up a few minutes before the beginning of their window (huge win), they were able to work around my other contractor (having roofing done at same time) they were friendly and fast. From the time the started to the time they were finished with clean up was about 20 min. 2 guys and project is completed, absolutely love it. Pricing : this company had the best pricing in town, others wanted anywhere between $500-700 for the removal and they beat everyone's price. They accept cash, and card which is so convenient. This company did an amazing job. We requested the junk removal service to finally get rid of items we've been meaning to get rid of for years. They were fast, friendly and was done in 30 minutes. We had a big 4 door refrigerator downstairs. We couldn't get it out the front door or the sliding glass door. My husband tried to hurry up and unscrew all the doors to the unit but thank God they had a saw that took off all the doors and we were able to get it outside. I feel like the rate they charge is a great value because all I had to do was point and tell them what needed to be taken. They quoted a flat rate for appliance removal - VERY reasonable compared to another reputable service. Texted when they were on their way, well within the two-hour agreed upon window. Polite upon arrival. They could not remove our washer and dryer due to a property issue. Luis explained why and without any pressure said I could contact them again if the situation changes. This was such a great junk- removal company and I can't say enough good things about 24/Seven Junk Removal! I sent them photos of the room that needed to be cleared out and they sent me a quote range right away. We scheduled the date and time for the job. They were very punctual, even a little early.
