Sasquatch really left us out to dry. We could not possibly be any less happy. At first, there was a miscommunication about how much we needed them to haul (it was really a lot) which is fine. This could be our fault or theirs, and it's not really important, because it's not where everything went wrong. When the team came out on Friday, they said they couldn't do it because it was too much, and they would need to reschedule for Monday and bring two trucks. I told them we were putting our house on the market on Thursday, so Monday would be the latest we could do before our property was photographed for the listing (on Wednesday). They sent detailed photos of all the junk to their supervisor for reference, and left with an empty truck on Friday. On Monday, we were not able to be at the property during the haul, which we had been assured would be okay. They called to check in and let us know things were progressing, which was good. We then received our invoice via email, which was *more than 6x the price quoted* on the phone at first. Again, there had been a miscommunication, so we decided to bite the bullet and live with the bill. That night I arrived at the house to do some final touching up before the photographer would come on Wednesday. What I found was that $3,600 was not enough to get the job done! Not only that, nobody had taken a moment to tell us the job was not/would not be completed! There was a full truckload of junk left behind. Not only that, there was garbage left everywhere. Some siding had even been taken off the stack next to the garage and just been abandoned in the middle of our lawn. I should note they also left some paint and chemicals behind, which is normal. These items can not be removed by junk removal services, and we knew that going in. The other items left behind were the problem: siding, lumber, plastic bags, debris, rugs, you name it. My wife called first thing in the morning to ask if they were going to come out and finish the job. They told her they were very busy and couldn't come out again until next week, if we wanted to pay them more to finish the job. She expressed that this was unacceptable, and they said sorry for the inconvenience and knocked the price of labor off our bill, about $360. This left us with a $3,200 bill and a trashed yard with a photographer coming the next day. In the end, we were lucky enough to be able to get our landscaping service to take it away (though it isn't their job) for an additional $900 cash. This on top of the stress of scrambling to find anybody who would help us after we were left in this terrible dilemma. I very strongly recommend using somebody else, especially if you have a big job to get done. read more

Showed up on time to remove demolition debris from a remodel project that we had piled up in our garage. I had mis-estimated the amount that I had to remove but they were very flexible and charged at the appropriate flat rate. They cleaned up half a truck's worth of debris (hardwood planks with nails, carpet and tack strips, toilet and old vanity, plus a couple pallets) in 20 minutes, plus swept the garage perfectly so that there was no sign of the pile of junk there.
