I came in specifically for oral biome testing, which was advertised on their website. At no point prior to my visit was I informed that there would be pressure to undergo additional imaging. Despite clearly stating multiple times that I was not there for a cleaning or full exam (and that I have no history of recent cavities) I was still encouraged to proceed with a full mouth series (FMX). I explained that I had already completed one within the past two years and even offered to provide those records. However, I ultimately felt pressured into repeating the imaging. From my understanding, ADA guidelines generally recommend full mouth series every 3-5 years in the absence of clinical concerns, which made this recommendation feel unnecessary and not aligned with standard practice. I am particularly concerned about being exposed to additional radiation that did not seem clinically indicated based on my reason for the visit. This contributed to the overall impression of a bait andswitch experience. I'm glad I declined the CT scan, as that felt excessive in my situation, but I remain frustrated about the imaging that was already completed. Additionally, communication within the office was inconsistent. The hygienist who performed my testing told me my results could be reviewed over the phone, but I was later told by another staff member that this was not an option and that I would need to return in person for a consultation. I also experienced billing issues with 24th Street. My insurance covered 2 cleanings per year in full, but this office bills amounts above standard coverage. Although I stopped visiting 1.5 years ago, I was recently contacted about an additional $100 charge from March 2024 service. Dr. Donnelly and her team are truly amazing. She has really done an amazing job in updating the office with the latest technology in dentistry. Also, I am impressed with her comprehensive training. Many dentists are not properly trained on dental implants and how to restore your smile/teeth. She's gone to comprehensive training to do it right. Her team makes you feel comfortable when you walk in the door. Many offices I called said they couldn't get me in until August. 24th Street is very busy, but they put me on a cancellation list and I was able to get in within a week or so. That was great customer service in my opinion. I am so happy that I changed dentists. I highly recommend Dr. Donnelly. She was even able to do botox to help my jaw pain/TMJ. Beware of the Up Sale. . . I recently moved to Arizona and made a new patient appointment with Dr. Turner for the purpose of having my teeth cleaned along with a basic review of my teeth by the doctor. The cleaning procedure went fine and the loss of a filling was discovered and replaced, but almost everything else done by the assistants and the doctor felt like it was being done purely for the purpose of finding up sell opportunities. I entered the dental clinic anticipating a modest bill for the cleaning and new patient exam fee. I left with a proposal for over $11,000 of dental work - invisiline braces, removal of old metal fillings, a crown, and lots of cosmetic bonding. That is an epic level of upselling that would make a shady carpet cleaner, air conditioner repairman, or auto mechanic proud. My upper teeth are attractive and my lower teeth, although crooked, are fully functional. Hitting a new patient with a $11,000+ proposal that includes work I have no intention of ever buying has just lost my business. The irony is that Dr. Turner is technically very skilled, his hygienist is wonderfully gentle, and his primary dental assistant is very capable and kind. Some of Dr. Turner's cosmetic proposal did intrigue me. However, on principle over the upsell of unwanted procedures I will not be returning to Dr. Turner. read more

When I called, Delilah was so helpful and happy--other dentists I called had people answer who could not get off the phone fast enough. She listened and got me right in for an appointment. I was traveling to Arizona over Fourth of July weekend, I had an accident and knocked half of my front tooth out. I was super worried and didn't know what to do so I started calling dentists in the area. It was a weekend and every office I called didn't answer. Dr. Turner did and said he was out of town but he would ask Dr. Donnelly if she was in town. The next day Saturday morning Dr. Connelly called asking if I could come in. I was so grateful she was able to help me, my tooth was in pain and was giving me trouble when I was eating. I have been going to another dentist for over 25 years, but since I moved, I was looking for another dentist. My friend recommended this office. I had taken my 10-year-old granddaughter to the previous dentist because I was concerned that her front adult tooth had not come in. The previous dentist at first said, "Give it more time, and then, perhaps you need to take her to an oral surgeon." When Drs. Cameron and Turner saw the situation, they took a 3-D x-ray and found an auxiliary tooth behind the adult tooth. It did not show up on a traditionally x-ray. The two dentists got actively involved in (a) recommending an oral surgeon and (b) consulting with both the surgeon and with us about the process. Her tooth is coming in just fine now. Better late than never! On a visit for my dental needs, I received a most-thorough consultation. Yesterday, when I went for the beginning of my basic dental procedures, Dr. Cameron when FAR AND ABOVE the professional, kind, and helpful dentistry I have experienced. Do not go to Dr. Turner unless you feel like putting your life at risk. Dr. Turner cost me two and a half years of my life 5 hospital stays and 3 heart surgeries. I have a pre-existing heart condition and have an implemented defibrillator which had to be removed because of the procedures that Dr. Turner preformed on me caused at blood clot and infection on the leads in my heart. This infection and blood clot caused me to spend 28 days and Christmas and New Years as well as two father days. In all don't go and be over charged and never even a call back after all of the pain and hardship this man has caused. I would never recommend Cameron Turner, DDS or Charelle Braden, DMD. They are both liars and thieves. They charged me $6k for work in advance and then broke one of my teeth so I cancelled the subsequent prepaid work due to Braden's negligence and they refused to refund any of my money even the payment for the materials for the crowns not delivered or made. They were never even sent to the lab. Also, they submitted a claim for the exact same services that were NOT provided to my insurance to attempt to receive payment twice. They are committing insurance fraud! I am reporting Charelle Braden and Cameron Turner to the Dental Board, Az Dept of Insurance, Arizona Dental Association and every other platform possible to prevent others from the same horrible or similar experience.
