I had a great experience at ALD! They got me in as soon as I arrived. Barbara, Minh, and the entire staff was very helpful. They were able to work with me around my very limited schedule to get me treatment right away. My hygienist, Melodi, was very kind and wonderful to talk to. Dr. Vo and Monica even had me laughing during my treatment despite my initial anxiety. He did such a great job filling my cavities. I've always been afraid of the dentist, especially getting cavities filled. However, Dr. Vo went very slow with the numbing treatment in the beginning which helped tremendously. I've been getting my teeth cleaned here for a few years, & recently I decided to straighten my teeth with them. I used the straight T brand they recommended & I am BEYOND happy with the result. I only had to wear the upper tray for 8 months & now I have absolutely PERFECT teeth. Also, no one ever noticed I had the braces because they are clear. 10/10. I recommend them to fix your teeth. Horrible. I'm surprised they got people to write decent reviews. I didn't finish my knock off version of invisalign that the dentist created. I made it about 10 months with 0 results and they still charged me full price. So I paid 4k for absolutely nothing. I asked them to speak to their legal representative and they refused. Additionally, their front office receptionist has messed up on the time and I had it in writing in the calendar invite. The Dentist literally snapped and yelled at me "you're messing up my schedule!" After they had taken me back and sat me down in the dental chair ... He then stormed off, said nothing, none of his staff said anything. It was incredibly toxic and had very stiff and cold energy. I was tearing up, grabbed my purse and just walked up to the front to let them know I was leaving and ending treatment ... Also, the clear braces he creates at a lab are very ridged and cut into your gums. Im still paying them off in care credit in addition to my current orthodontist who said he would never recommend any clear invisalign or knock off invisalign for me since they wouldn't move my teeth to where I want them to be at within a 2 year time spam. I have reported all unethical practices and the theft of the 4k for full treatment to the az board of dentistry. I was forced to pay up front for a few months of getting my gums cut up by cheap plastic and screamed at by this man and denied even a partial refund or even an apology for his terrible behaviors and business practices. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Vo for over a year, including Invisalign treatment. Dr. Vo himself is quite a character, a really funny guy who his staff clearly enjoys working with. Very nice staff, and a relatively painless cleaning experience given I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years! The appointments always start on time, which I appreciate. I get a bit anxious during the x-rays since I have a hard time with the plates, but the hygienist is very patient with me and makes sure I was ok after each one. Y'all, this is the place to get Invisalign. I've been previously quoted up to $7k for treatment, and Dr. Vo was considerably lower. Obviously, everyone's teeth are different, but considering my own personal experience, I'm super happy with the service, the price and the way my teeth turned out. read more

He is the first dentist who told me things about my teeth never mentioned with other dentists and that everything looked good! I was lucky enough to have Melody as my dental hygienist today.
