It was 'that time' again - get those teeth cleaned! Tessa was professional and did a great job doing her thing. Since it's just a 6 month cleaning, no X-rays or exam, just clean teeth. I like that they offer us an annual plan with them as we don't have dental insurance right now. It's very helpful - ask about it if you need it and they'll send you the inclusions. Oh, my goodness I love Dr Plisky! He's so kind, gentle and humble. I feel lucky and blessed to have him as my dentist. I've lived in Phoenix for 56 years and have seen several dentists during that time, but no one compares to Dr Plisky. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. And to top it all off he invests in the latest equipment. My last 2 crowns were very futuristic using 3D imaging and both fit like a glove. I would give him 10 stars if I could! read more

Solid 5 all around. In January I went to this office thanks for a referral from a friend and I'm glad I did. During X Rays they found a shadow on a crown. Apparently I had an a abscess. I only wish they had an Endodontist also at their practice. After getting the root canal retreatment done, they completed the temporary crown and a little over a week ago I received the completed crown. The permanent crown was correct the first time! I was delighted, this was a first for me as previous dentists have taken two or three attempts. The dentists and staff are absolutely great and it's super refreshing that I'm not subjected to multiple upsell attempts like Ive experienced at other practices. I am ashamed to say I hadn't been to the dentist in years and years and years. The dentist is my greatest fear in life and I finally faced my fear and went today. Elaine was my hygienist and I told her of my fear before I even sat in the chair. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease (which I was not expecting to feel at all). She told me what she was doing every step of the way, and she was incredibly skillful and gentle. I felt like she knew what she was doing, was not going to hurt me, and was going to make everything as good as new. There was no teeth shaming (you know, when they tell you how awful you've been for not flossing or doing this or that). There was only positive encouragement and advice on how to make sure my pearly whites stay beautiful. The dentist gave me an exam and to my delight I had no cavities or major issues! He was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I am so relieved and happy to say that I no longer have a great fear of the dentist! I would highly recommend Biltmore Dental Group. read more

Very Happy To FINALLY have a New Dentist! So I felt comfortable right away after walking in and was relieved that it wasn't a "corporate" dentist office that I have been going to the last few dentist visits. I was promptly taken back by Lynn/Lin who was fantastic! Out of all my Dentists appointments over the years she has been one of my fave Oriya hygensists. Warm, friendly, talkative but not too much. We laughed and joked but she still kept it on track when I had questions or she needed to explain something. Then came Dr. Sam(she) who was so wonderful! Great energy and instantly made me feel like I was in the right place! She was wonderful and did a great job and answered additional questions I had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars, is when I was checking out with one of the office ladies, she asked me for a $50/$55 co-pay and I was confused because my orcewbtive and my coverage is 100%. She claimed to have ran my insurance eligibility and checked it. So I asked her to further investigate and she did in fact find it was 100% coverage and no money was due. I found that a little odd and wasn't sure how she arrived at that number because if I wouldn't have questioned it, I would've paid it. Overall the experience was wonderful and I'm looking forward to going here a long time. Great practice and people! Loves my coffee cup too!! read more

I never wait too long and I've had two emergencies when they made everything possible to squeeze me in their busy schedule to help me when I needed it the most. It had been an embarassingly long time since I had been to the dentist before taking a chance on Biltmore Dental Group. I didn't even like my dentist in MN before moving here but had to frequent the office quite a bit for some oral surgery in high school and college. That kind of killed the experience for me, so I neglected to find a dentist here. Well I sucked it up and finally went. I'm so glad I found this place, and the fact that it's just over a half mile from my house is a plus. Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygenist, assistants and dentists are incredibly nice and friendly. They even remembered my on just my second visit. So I guess the fact that I'm actually getting my teeth cleaned regularly is testament to my experience. The only reason I dropped the 4th star is because I'm still skeptical of all dentist offices and their drills. read more

I have always had a positive experience when visiting this office. My husband and I see Dr. Plisky. The entire staff is aware of my fears/dislike of dental work and they joke with me, are patient when I'm being whiney, and Dr. Plisky checks in often no matter what he's doing to make sure I haven't stopped breathing. I am pretty jumpy, as well, and I have got to hand it to Dr. Plisky for having amazing reflexes! Another dentist would probably tell me to go away and not come back. I'm always afraid my jumpiness will cause the doc to 'accidentally' knick me with an instrument, but his experience and quick reflexes always result in positive results. Our dental insurance changed recently and when I called to figure out a solution Diana was helpful, kind, and really gave me a lot of options for getting our annual visits done while also not forcing us to sell an organ to pay for it. Good reflexes + great sense of humor + patience + kind staff. What more could you ask for in a dentist? read more

Always a fantastic experience with Dr. Clarence Plisky and my dental hygienist Elaine. She has been cleaning my teeth for over 15 years.. yes 15 and I would not think of going anywhere else. Dr. Plisky has been my dentist for about 10 years and he is awesome. I know this is not some place people look forward to visiting, but the staff here is the best. Third appointment with this practise. Everyone is amazing. From the front desk, hygienists, Drs. assistant (Maya ) to the Doctor. They preapprove their services with your insurance company (if you are lucky enough to have one). So that you are not left with a huge unforseen dent in your bank account. Even for a busy office they have always been on time, are professional and go above and beyond to explain, calm you down etc. They also do not try and upsell you. I've been to Biltmore Dental Group three times now, since first starting with them last year. The first was for a cleaning, after having not had one in over 3 years (I previously lived out of state). They were very thorough, patient, and gentle. I had a couple cavities, which they filled a couple weeks later. Then I've done another cleaning 6 months later. It's nice to have found my go-to dentist for Phoenix, and be on a regular cleaning schedule again. Their office is in a great location and has a comfortable, clean look and feel to it. The equipment seems to be very up-to-date and the appointments have always been very smooth. The staff is friendly, and I've left satisfied each time. I had to find a new dentist because of a change in insurance and the ladies I work with highly recommended Biltmore Dental Group. Setting up appointments is painless and they make it super easy for you to remember with the courtesy alerts they send out. The facility is easy to find and parking has always been a breeze for me. The space is clean and well-lit, and they have updated technology :) Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional - always great communication!!! They are good at what they do and are very efficient. If you work in the area, I too, highly recommend BDG as they seem to get people in and out with ease. During my last visit, I was only gone at work for 30 minutes! I spent no more than 2 minutes in the waiting room :) I am very pleased with the service I have gotten and look forward to having BDG take care of my teeth for as long as we both shall live :) read more

Dr Plisky and his staff did a wonderful job using a new procedure in their office. I had a very deep pocket on one of my teeth and they asked if I wanted to try the a new Laser treatment (LANAP). I said yes and they proceeded to use a laser to get deep in the gum to burn away the infected tissue to allow for new healthy tissue to grow. After a few treatments I can report that the pocket went from a 9 down to a 4. It was remarkable to have this treatment instead of the normal deep scaling I have had in the past. Much less painful. You can also get a laser treatment each time you have your teeth cleaned which kills the bacteria at the gum line for months. My last cleaning was great. It is always nice when the hygienist says Great Job. Love this office and all the people in it. I do recommend this office to all my friends. read more
