I confirmed with someone who answered the phone that the injector did indeed add units that did that. Again... without asking me if it was ok. For some reason the person who I spoke to on the phone thinks a consultation will help. However, I already know from experience that once they inject it the only thing that works is letting it wear off and I have to have severe eye strain for 3 months. The injector was also very careless and I bruised like never before. She even just felt sloppy and inexperienced. I'll never go back again. Nothing like the feeling of waking up with eye strain when your eyes should be relaxed! And the shape of my eyes is so terrible and embarrassing.

I typically get Botox treatments at Body Factory, and while the nurses are generally skilled and the facilities (I've been to all three locations) are clean and well-maintained, the issue lies with their tipping policy. Medical professionals, including nurse practitioners and registered nurses, are prohibited from soliciting or accepting tips. Their professional code of conduct clearly forbids this. Let me repeat this: MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING NURSES, ARE EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED FROM SOLICITING OR RECEIVING TIPS. THERE IS NO GREY AREA HERE. ACCEPTING TIPS IS UNETHICAL FOR THESE PROFESSIONALS. However, every time I go to pay, I'm put in an uncomfortable position. The staff at the register either directly asks for a tip or presents the credit card machine with a tipping option, treating it as if it's standard practice. This behavior is wrong, unethical, and embarrassing on purpose. Treatments here are already expensive, often costing me close to or over $500. Yet, they still have the audacity to suggest a 20%/30% tip -- that's an additional and unethical $100 or more they take. This practice is wrong and unethical, and again, tips should not be requested, given, suggested, or even accepted if offered. While customers technically have the option to decline, the correct approach would be never to request a tip, never mention it, and not include it as an option in the payment process. Putting clients in an uncomfortable position is NEVER the answer. Please learn and remove the tipping option from your credit card payments.

I visited Dr Ginsberg a year ago for a small amount of botox and filler (I had previously had both in modest amounts for a natural look administered by board certified plastic surgeon). I explained my problem areas/concerns, what I had done in the past, then left it to Dr Ginsberg to make his recommendation. He suggested botox and filler under my eyes (which I had never done before) in addition to the usual locations. I trusted his advice and went ahead with it. Within a couple of days, the results were shocking. I had deep, wavy smile lines in my cheeks that were never there before and extremely alarming. Worse still, it was asymmetrical. The effect under my eyes made me look like a different person. Needless to say, I was panicking, having never asked for or experienced this before. I came back to the clinic, where Dr Ginsberg took zero responsibility for the poor results and instead explained how it was all due to MY face/muscles/tolerance etc etc. He dissolved what he could to undo the deep lines on my cheeks and under-eye filler. I left more than a little freaked out and $3k lighter for the experience. I never received any follow up or check in from Dr Ginsberg or the clinic. Zero... Until the 1 year anniversary of this experience where they called me to let me know I was probably due to come back and spend more money with them. No thanks. I get that results differ and it's not an exact science, but admit when you get it wrong. All he had to say was something along the lines of, "it clearly hasn't done what we had hoped / this isn't what it should look like / I'm sorry about the result", then show some duty of care post-visit. But, blaming me for the result, taking my money and then never following up was unprofessional and insulting.

For those who have read my previous reviews related to emsculpt, coolsculpt, and cryoskin, I have noted that the number of sessions needed differs for everyone. Some folks may need more sessions, some may be fine after one or two. It all depends on body type and how much weight one wants to lose. Also, this is not a fix or solution for instant weight loss. It is ideal for those trying to get rid of the stubborn fat that just won't let go for the life of it. For exponential results, diet and exercise need to be incorporated with these sessions. There is so much sessions like these can do without making a few life adjustments. I am by no means an expert so call the facility before purchasing from Groupon to see if it is a good fit for you.
