My husband had recommended me checking out Rejuvenation NYC because he has had facial treatments done with Janet Notes in the past. Booking the appointment was easy as I was just getting an eyebrow wax and tint. Upon arriving I was greeted by the staff who were all very nice and asked me to complete some information on their iPad. After completing the detail I was introduced to Janet and we went back to the room for the service. Janet is a very friendly person and seems to know what she is talking about. During the service I requested to have my eyelashes tinted as well. So my services were: - eyebrow wax - eyebrow tint - lash tint I usually have this service done elsewhere, however, my place does not open until next week. The price of this service at my regular place is $50 I could not locate any pricing prior to booking my appointment and they have no material saying how much these services cost at the location either. The total appointment was no more than 30 minutes. Afterwards I was brought out to the receptionist who charged me for the services. I am not joking when I say this and I know it's going to seem unreal because I have told a number of my friends the cost and they just laughed: $210 dollars! I thought it was some kind of mistake... but nope $210 dollars and Janet said that was at a discount! I would not recommend coming to rejuvenation! My husband and I will not be back! I still cannot believe that this is real and my suggestion would be to stay away. Unfortunately he dismissed his entire staff and brought in an incompetent and rude woman as a partner who actually sits at the front desk and thinks that small things like answering the phone, emailing people, or God forbid, being nice to long-term patients that have left thousands of dollars in this practice, are beneath her. I'm an international fashion model living in NYC for the past 15 years. As such I look for professionalism everywhere I take my business. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience the skills of Dr. Philip because of the entitled attitude of one of the receptionist. She first called me half an hour before my appointment to let me know the the doctor is running 30 mins late with a another patient. When I got to the office I ended up waiting another 20 mins at which point she told me that it'll be another 10 mins. When I made a point that by now my wait has been 50 mins, she interrupted me, to tell me that they can't tell how long the doctor will need with each patient. Beautiful spa, amazing customer service and great specials/ promotions. I came in today for my first ever cool sculpting experience. I'm a very active person and I love my gym time but everyone has some areas they're not fully happy with. I opted for their buy 3 get one free + free Botox on 1 area of choice with purchase of cool sculpting package. Today I used two sessions for my lower abdomen area and I will be back in 6 weeks to use my other two sessions on my upper arms and take after photos of my results. The worst front desk personal ever encountered in my life. Rude and dismissive. Screamed at the doctor.

After being a loyal customer from the inception of the practice. The customer service woman who communicated by email without introducing herself or leaving a signature with contact information, was disrespectful, hurtful, responded on behalf of the doctor, for sure without ever informing him of the issue. Knowing I have a severe physical and cognitive disability refused to correct the incorrectly placed fillers or provide any further services. The emails came at all hours of the day, after 11 pm. Also, Dr. Philip lost his touch and artistic eye, hence the incorrect temporal filler placement. I have never been treated like dirt after paying over $2,000. I am reduced to tears. I have yet to see a refund but will take legal action for causing me extreme emotional distress at how I was treated by nobody at the reception desk. read more

I had to go out and ask the receptionists and she wasn't able to give an answer. I ended up having to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. There were no updates, and no apologies for the delay. I love my new chin! Dr. Roux-Lough is an amazing person. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything he would be doing. I went for a Kybella treatment. This is the relatively new double chin, fat dissolving wonder. I was apprehensive, I hate needles. The good doctor was so gentle I really felt no pain. A few days after the treatment my neck was swelling which concerned me but Dr Roux-Lough assured me all would be alright. I love my new single chin. I will need two more treatments to complete the process but know after my first, I made the right decision. My best decision was having Dr. Roux-Louth provide this service. I will be back to Rejuvenation MD for Botox and Valuma. I'll let you know in a future review how that works out for me. Rejuvenation MD is A-OK in my book! read more

I saw Lauren Shanker for juviderm in my lips and laugh lines. This was my third filler injection from her and I am consistently pleased. She is talented, knowledgable and professional. She listened to my concerns and was very mindful about what I wanted. She numbed my lips extremely well before injecting so there was very little pain. Dr. Philip is awesome! He makes his patients feel completely comfortable, and he does everything he can to make sure that his patients understand everything about their treatments. For example, before, during, and after my treatments, he made sure he explained every detail of what to expect, etc. Then, he was great at following up with me--that is, after my last appointment, we communicated via email a couple of times about my appointment and my treatment. He responded quickly to my questions, and he invited me to contact him any time with questions or concerns I might have. As for his office space, all of his medical equipment and facilities are modern and up-to-date, which is certainly comforting! To my Delight I got in to see Dr Philip who has become quite the celebrity injectors on the hush now I know why it was so hard to get in to see him. So what did I have done we dubbed this (LOL) a "Global Facial Jeuveau/Radiesse restoration" what that consists of is a full face of the newest & most advanced neuromodulator called Jeuveau (Botox like) it has a quicker on set and some say last longer I can't comment on that as I had my treatment only last night I had full neck, Chin ,eyes and brow I know it sounds like a lot but it is placed properly for very natural facial movement . I have never left this practice looking frozen or lacking natural movement EVER ! Then I had my Temple volume restored to full correction I'm very thin & athletic so my temples make me appear a bit guant it is really a major anti-aging and total refresher for women & men as well ! In particular, Janet Notes, a Licensed Esthetician, is excellent with all body procedures as well as a pro in facial treaments that she completely customizes to fit your needs and preferences. Her knowledge and expertise in all the areas she treats is clearly evident. She is accommodating beyond what you normally experience at most places of this nature and she doesn't rush you and ensures you thoroughly are satisfied with your services. He's very competent - being a retired neurosurgeon, I think that resume speaks for itself. It can make a big difference where you go for your Botox and Dermal filler treatments - because this is about your face and it must be perfect!
