Service is terrible. They do not honor their work, took it back after issues after they installed a new engine. They refused to work on it advised me to take it somewhere else. I took it to another shop and it cost me an additional $875 to repair their poor work. Total cost was $7,675. Which included a new engine $6800 and another $875 , all within 2 weeks. Took my 2001Ford F-150 to a shop for a back firing issue the shop charged me 2,300.00 dollars just to change out parts without solving the issue. The truck still had the same issue. I took the truck to 288 Complete Automotive and they found out that the fuel filter was not putting out enough fuel pressure, causing the engine to run ruff and backfire. I will always use 288 for my oil changes and other car services. The prior review I cannot disagree with more. Considering their overall review I would say, NO AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP COMPANY can make everyone happy. Their work is superb. My one son seized his engine after never replacing or refilling the oil in my Camry after two years. Kevin and his team made it right. Fair price considering a complete engine replacement. Highly recommend. Only consideration...if its major make an appointment and go through the details of what they are going to do in advance. Superb, honest, and prompt service from a very dedicated team. I had a tire burst and got the car towed here. Tammy ordered the similar tire to what I have on the Accord and it was all fixed the next day. They ensured there was no need to replace the rim if it's not damaged (typically very first thing a dealership does is change it all). Also, changed the tire pressure monitoring sensor and only charged me for tire and sensor price. i wish i could put no stars for this company!!! they are a bunch of scammers!!!!! they had my car for over a month and then stated it was ready! i went to pick it up after paying then $4800.00 i had to put between 4 credit cards. drove off and my car was not fixed. i had to take it right back the same day! they then stated i needed a tort converter on my car! i ended up paying them again!!! i didn't recieve my car back for another month. when i finally was told my car was ready. i was about to go out of town. my car made to arkansas then it just died on the highway. i was on the road 2 hours before my insurance towtruck came it was night. i was towed to the nearest hotel and my car was dropped off! the next morning my car was towed to the mercedes dealership in arkansas. then the dealership tld me they had to refer me to donnie's foreing cars. when my car got there the they ran a diagnostic on my car and it came back that there were 18 points that my transmission was gone. the owner of donnie's told me that there was no way that 288 complete automotive did not know!!!!! they advised me and put a bandage on an already broken transmisson! causing me to be suck out of the state. i was so upset and hurt that 288 complete took advantage of me like this!! i was not able to fly home for another week. i have had to fight and fight my credit card company's for my money back!!!!! i would never ever use this company for any thing else!! they are a company that will lie- steal and cheat you to get your money and not fix your car corretly! beware they a bunch of frauds!!!! read more

I came in with the infamous lifter tick on my Yukon. I also was having some issues with my front tires wearing unevenly. The guys also noticed I had a seal leaking on my rear end. I am a driver in the Houston area and put a lot of miles on my truck everyday and it is critical for everything to be tip top everyday. From Jennifer and Ms. Donna at the front desk to The big lovable hound dog Roy who is the shop pet (he really belongs to Kevin I believe though lol) everyone was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. These were the kindness body shop staff I've ever encountered and I work with body shops every day for the last 3 1/2 years! They took my car in on a Friday evening, and it was done by close that Saturday! They also not only called me and told me my car needed less work than expected but there was a different part I needed and they ordered it, got it in same day, repaired my vehicle and I still came out cheaper than before! And I forgot to mention i stay 2 mi from the shop and planned to walk home (I need the exercise lol) but they insisted on giving me a ride home! I was very appreciative. Lastly, they also offer free towing to shop with repair scheduling. I have found my cars forever doctor lol cause we will surely be back! read more
