This place is a joke. It is ran by people who have no idea what they are doing. Brought my car there because the accelerator wasn't working and they looked at my car and said it was the alternator which is a (lie it was just replaced successfully) they tried to charge $750 for an alternator repair and then because I said I wasn't satisfied they were going to charge me $150 just to look at it. I went in for Rear Main Seal oil leak change and my Truck was running very well but when I picked it up....it was not running well at all. I feel that they changed other parts in my Truck to make it run like Shit. I went to Auto Zone and they put it on the Computer and I now need Valve Covers, Multiple fire on my Spark Plugs and an Oxygen Sensor. What the Hell??? Did they purposely mess with other crap. I will never take my Business over there again. I do not recommend them.!!!! read more

The worse place ever! I got in a car accident and my hood and bumper was broken so it needed replacement. I took it to Beamer auto repair because my aunt know the repair man and guarantee that we get it fix with a good price! My mom and I went to get an estimate on the damage and he told us it was a bad hit so it'll cost us less than a grand. We thought it was reasonable and left it with him, almost a week later we came back to pick up the car, he end up trying to take 2K out of us! We argued with him and he denied everything that he told the week before. It is a terrible place! Don't go there!! Do not recommend. read more

Beamer Auto was highly recommended for good value, integrity, and in business for a long time. Last month, I called 3 Honda dealers and Beamer Auto Repair to fix the broken latch for my Honda Odyssey's trunk. All Honda dealers wanted $90+ for an initial evaluation plus $80 to $120 for part and 4+ hour wait. Beamer Auto charged me nothing to look at my van and told me exactly what part to buy ( or they can order for me too). Then they fixed it on a weekend when I came back with the part with no wait and at 1/3 of the Dealer's cost. Also they advised me not to waste my money repairing the sliding door since the electronic part will be expensive and my van is 14 years old. Beamer Auto is a honest and good value mechanic. Julian and his company saved us over $10,000 in a recommended fix by the dealer. I was traveling on business when my wife called me and said the dealer told her she needed a new transmission for her Land Rover. I called Bemer and spoke to Julian. He told me over the phone that he could fix based off of what I said. He towed for free and gave me his cell phone # to call later with questions. The fix was less than $2,000 and it was done quickly. He was always accessible and straight forward. It's nice to know there are honest and knowledgeable mechanics in Houston. well, I wish I could write a good review for this business, but their extremely poor performance in our last experience with this company has totally negated the fine experience we had with them before. We have had a number of vehicles serviced at this shop in the past 2 decades and they always had given us good value for our money. However, a few months ago we had them replace the timing belt on our Toyota Sienna and it was immediately obvious that something was wrong - our car had a very noticeable lack of acceleration. We took it back to Beamer & the owner test drove it & said it was fine - Bullshit! We took it to Star Toyota & they fixed it. Don't trust these guys with anything beyond simple repairs. I would not use this place again. Poor service. I had an issue leaking oil from valve cover and paid them to fix it. Took it back 3 times first and second time they told me there was no leak the. They told me there was a leak at rear main seal. Completely false took it to dealer and they fixed back what these people messed up. I called them back and told them what happened they told me why i didn't bring it back. 3 times they had a chance to fix it I even showed the mechanic the leak and he told me it was old oil. People like this I would not advise taking car to them. I was getting all kinds of error code after this guy fixed my car. I would not advise anyone to take car here look for a reputable mechanic. From oil changes to major repairs I've taken my last four vehicles to them with absolutely no complaints. I used to work on my own cars so I'm very critical of car mechanics but I can honestly say that I've always been very impressed with Beamer Auto's level of service, their quotes are always fair and accurate and I've never had any issues with any of their work.
