This is actually my second time here -- I first came over a year ago, and now I'm back again getting my vehicle running, which says a lot by itself. Isaac has been my mechanic both times, and his professionalism, honesty, and communication are truly on point. He takes the time to explain what's going on, doesn't make you feel rushed or talked down to, and you can tell he really cares about the work he does. The communication could be better. It's hard to get someone on the phone and when I left voicemails they weren't returned. It's much easier if you just go to the shop but most people work so driving there whenever you have a question is unrealistic. I opted to not have my sons car repaired simply because the mechanic made it clear that it just needs to be replaced and I appreciate his honesty. I did however get the car back with a completely dead battery. 2. The battery was fine prior bringing it in. The car typically sits in my yard while my son is in school. It was being driven maybe twice a month so the battery had very little wear and wasn't that old. I think something was left on which drained the battery while it sat at the shop. A little disappointed by that but what can you do.

It was also a half tank of gas less than when it was dropped off. I won't even bring it back to have any of this corrected, I have no trust in this shop. (they want $774.00 for a brake job and $554.00 to replace my radiator) He also talked about my radiator possibly leaking into my exhaust and maybe having to replace my engine.(WHAT!!!) They also claimed that when trying to scan my computer to determine what the check engine light was all about, they could not read it because I had a fuse out. When I went to go pick up my car, I stopped at AutoZone to get some opinions and they read my computer with a $50 dollar scanner, (I asked how much it cost) free of charge and as it turns out, all I needed was to replace a spark plug. I also asked the people at AutoZone about my brakes and radiator. I followed their instructions to get the air out of my brake fluid lines...yes just air, then I bought this mercury looking leak stop and now my radiator is fixed and my car is running like a champ. All for well under a $100.00. STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS. YOU will PAY dearly!!!
