Grease Monkey is hands down my all-time favorite experience for my oil change. My time with Grease Monkey began with a phone call - I wanted to make sure they'd have my oil filter on hand because places often don't have the one my car uses. They didn't, but they assured me they would have it ASAP, so I told them I'd be there right after I got off work at 5 (so grateful they're open that extra hour). When I pulled up they immediately recognized me from my phone call and urged me to grab a snack and a drink from the lobby. Can you believe it - they have Diet Coke! For free?! They also took care of my inspection, though they didn't realize my car was a diesel so they had to redo it. No biggie! This was a great experience! I went in just because I needed an oil change, but then decided to ask them to check other things in the car in terms of fluids and belts and hoses. That was all done in less than 30 minutes (we had been there when they opened first thing in the morning) and we were really happy with the service. The gentleman who greeted us when we pulled up was super nice, extraordinarily so, and very helpful and also mentioned the other services they do for free such as filling up my window washing liquid even if it's before my next oil change. It was very thoughtful of them to provide coffee and cookies and popcorn. Been going there for years. Something has changed at this location . Got oil change and asked to check brakes. Well indicated rear brakes were really bad and quoted $ 450 for pads and rotors. Well went to specialty brake repair shop for second opinion. They actually showed me , pads rotors no leaks , all was good , absolutely no service was needed . Grease Monkey needs to retrain techs or they simply trying to rip me off. Also they indicated they check fluids air filter etc. well appears that did not happen either. Air filter had not been touched and was filthy . I just hope they actually changed the oil. Just be careful going there. It is sad to see a shop lose it mojo read more

Servcice was fantastic , came in for an inspection and couldn't even sit down for an amazing fresh cookie from the snack bar before it was done. Went in with no damage to my vehicle. They changed the bulbs to my rear backup lights during my visit and when I got home there was a big chunk out of the plastic covering my rear light. Management tried to blame it on me and denied fault due to them not taking off the actual cover. Duh... but they were the only ones that were working right behind that light. Customer service was severely lacking during the visit, as well as when I took my car back with damage. There are much better options than this place. read more

I chose this place on a recommendation from another yelper. Although its further from my home it was well worth the drive. Once I arrived someone came out ot my car and took all the pertinent information about my vehicle. I was then allowed to go into their waiting area. It is unlike any other oil change place that I have ever used. There are theatre type chairs for you to sit while watching a flat screen tv. There's complimentary coffee, juice, water and soda for you while you wait. There is even a charging station for your phone. It was the cleanest work area that I have ever seen. There is also a countdown timer if your service isn't done by the end you can get a discount. The staff is very friendly and its the type of place that I like dealing with. Based on the information you gave when you checked in, they will be able to contact you when it's time for your next maintenance is due. What in the world has happened to Grease Monkey on Huffmeister! I was there this morning to get my oil changed. I also asked for my windshield wipers to be replaced again as they put the wrong size on the last time I was there. It seemed as there was no supervisor/manager on site. When I checked out the price for an oil change was $88 including tax, etc. I asked him if they changed the wiper blades and he said yes; however, when I got in the car they had not been changed. The moment I called to ask further information about my oil change, they were right to getting the information down to which specific oil change my car model needed. Not only did GM provide the service I asked but they also went beyond by recommending me what I should expect to get done in the future such as looking into my brakes and x amount of miles after to check my oil level (turns out my car model had been recalled due to the engine burning my oil much quicker). Immense value in both service and knowledge as a car owner trying to take care of my vehicle. Everyone is so attentive and really care about what happens after you leave the shop. Came to get an oil change, told the guy I did t want synthetic. He came back and said it would let him do it. Said with that and my check engine light was in it would not let him. My check engine light is in because of my catalytic converter needing to be replaced. He thought because I was a female he was going to charge me more. They did everything in such a fast timely manner, I was sincerely impressed. I was out the door within the hour. Great service with nice staff members. This place is a breath of fresh air for regular maintenance auto service. From state inspections to oil changes this is my new primary spot for quick in and quick out car service. To top off the free cookies while you wait, they also provide free coffee, free bottled water, free drinks, and a miscellaneous amount of other snacks as well as.... yeah... a little put put golf out front. First drive in and costumer service says a lot!!! I was greeted right away, very respectful, yes "ma'am", not "a huh" kind of shop, very personable. First impression was great, and right after i got off my car I was then escorted to their waiting room which one a YES to me! The snack bar is awesome! Cookies, coffee, soda, popcorn, Pretzels, you name it... additional to that; they have a kids play area for the little ones. Bc i know for sure if I'm at work and my husband needed something done here, he'll have the kiddos with him. The place is very clean too! Very thoughtful of them.
