Can I recommend this business? No, I cannot. We paid over $30 for a car wash and detailing, and so much of a car was still needed to be vacuumed and wiped off. This is literally a brand new car, by the way, we had just got it. We wanted to be cleaned a couple of weeks in after buying it, especially because of all the pollen we have here. We decided to give the new vehicle in our life the luxury experience and have it detailed, but apparently it was anything but luxury. We'll be right in a rush, so my husband had them quickly put some air fresheners in and had to rush off. But I'm very disappointed that we had to pay for what would have been a month worth of car washes anywhere else for such a subpar job. read more

Upon further inspection, I noticed there was some areas that didn't meet my standards so I went back & they took care of me to make up for their mistake. I am not sure as to why they have a posted sign with a basic wash and vacuum for $14.99 but do not honor the vacuum part even though it's clearly stated on their price list. Makes no sense at all. Oh well. Lost a long time customer. Seems like they at least covered up the sign's prices of the basic car wash. I got to give them that credit. I stopped by to talk to the actual manager today about the issue. It's just dishonest what they did. Don't put up a sign of services you are not willing to honor to paying customers. This is my third attempt with this car wash over the last two years. I paid over $50 for a wash and superior clean detail that fell extremely short. My rims weren't polished. The inside of my car was horrible. There was little to no effort in cleaning the inside. When I asked the young man why certain things weren't done, he looked lost. I asked for a manager and the manager came over and made excuses about why stuff wasn't done correctly. He stated that I have to ask for certain things to be done. Beautiful job detailing my Nissan Armada! It was really dirty and it looks brand new!

We have been going to this location for 4 years. Today, my husband was charged double the price we usually pay. When my husband questioned the price, the GM walked away. My husband then asked why he walked away from him while my husband was speaking to him; the GM proceeded to curse out my husband telling him to "go f--k your mother" and other ridiculous comments! Prior to today, we had no severe issues. Kia did mention that the oil that was in the car following an oil change seemed diluted, however, they weren't certain. DO NOT GO TO THE LUBE SHOP HERE ! They don't know what they are doing, they don't change oil filters. I highly recommend not to get your oil changed here. If you see a older gentleman that has little to no teeth. THATS HIM, his name is Kevin. he does not change oil filters on cars that get oil changes done. Trust me I've seen it first hand. They do illegal inspections, "I've seen it first hand" this place needs to be shut down. Poor communication, lack of knowledge on cars , horrible customer services also did I tell you they do illegal inspections and make other employees do inspections even tho they don't have their license. On March 26, 2022, I visited the Superior Car Wash 2920 facility to have my automobile detailed. I had my vehicles detailed at their facility numerous times without any complaints. However, that Saturday wasn't the same as the previous visits. There were three issues that occurred. They are as follows: 1)  They removed and lost the radio tuning knob on my Porsche 911. I informed them and asked them to find it. They gave a half-hearted effort to find it only to come back and say that it was gone. I informed the store manager (Celso Chavez) only for him to become argumentative and not appear to care about the issue. Luckily, I was able to replace it Monday at the Porsche dealership for $30.00. 2)  My vehicle wasn't thoroughly washed, which is evident by one of the pictures that I have uploaded. This was the case even with a supposed hand wash. 3)  They left two taped receipts on my vehicle that I didn't find until had driven 2-3 miles up the road to get gas. I don't think they thoroughly went over the vehicle prior to releasing it to me. It can be seen in one of the pictures that I uploaded 4)  I was also overcharged due to my car being too low to go through the car wash even though the previous five visits my vehicle was run through the auto wash. However, this visit I was told that I could get a hand wash, which left it dirtier than any time before. Steer clear of this facility. Celso Chavez (2920 Car Wash manager), in my opinion, is incompetent and unprofessional. He doesn't care about the customer even after they were aware that they damaged a customer's property. My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here to be detailed once a month for years. They always do a great job! Sometimes if they are very busy they might miss a few spots, but if you just point it out they make sure everything is perfect before you leave! There is a gentleman that I believe is the manager (I can't believe I don't know his name) but he is the BEST and always makes sure everything is spotless and exactly how we want it before leaving! Getting my car detailed here has kept it looking and feeling new for years, I highly reccomend them!!!!! read more

I got here a little after 10 AM on Sunday, and asked if it was feasible to get my car washed, vacuumed, and inspected by 11 AM. They got me out by 10:48! The car was not sparkling clean, which it why I am only giving 4 stars, but then again, I wasn't expecting perfect in under an hour. I was overall very happy with my experience. I've been here once before and had a decent job done but not great. I go this time and pay $21. 19.99 plus a $1 for an oversized vehicle. It's Lexus NX200. It's more of a hatchback then an SUV, but that is besides the point. I tell the guy I want the usual bronze package that does the inside and outside. He says ok. Gives me my ticket, I pay. Go to get in my car, give a $5 tip. So now I'm in $26 and I notice the inside is still completely dirty. I say, hey the dashboard is covered in dust still. He calls over the manager and says that's what you paid for. So I just paid $26 to have the outside of my car washed? He says, yes. We just changed it. Ha. Wow. Just lost a customer. The manager is not too smart and acted like I was the problem rather than just having the dude wipe my car down and saving a customer. Which since they just changed it and he speaks broken English with a mask on would have made sense. I could have gotten the same wash at a gas station for $8. I had taken my car in for an oil change and inspection. I left it because it was so busy. I didn't get a phone call when it was ready to be picked up, which is fine. I mean, I get it they were busy and probably short staffed. We've been there many times and always appreciated their business, so I figured "ah oh well, they're busy". However, when I came to pick it up not only was my car unlocked, they left the key on my car and the inspection paperwork inside my visor. I wasn't told where any of it was except it should be in my car. I was upset because someone could've easily have stolen my car. This area has really gone downhill and isn't that trusting anymore. In the past, I would pick up the receipt, keys, and receipt at the cash register. I know things change and it was busy, but this needs to be handled more carefully and professionally. I do thank you for taking the car in especially when it was so busy and doing what was requested, but I'd change the way this is handled. When I arrived there were 3 cars in front of me. 20 minutes, and 10 cars later, I ask why my car had not been pulled around. No one could give me an answer and just seemed shrug their shoulders. I had my wife's car oil changed and car washed 07/11/2019, a 2018 VW Passat. The service tech told use the VW required Mobile One oil, which was on sale for $79.99 which included a Supreme Wash, an interior and exterior wash with wax and armor-all. I attempted to haggle for the next level wash, but was given a $5 discount for being a veteran After walking next door for a taco, we returned to learn it was now $104. After the shock and awe of the told price, I learned that her vehicle requires an additional quart of oil at $9.95 and a special filter oil filter for $12.95. The wash was great, no complains. However, if the tech knew so much about VW's and their warranty, he should have know it would require additional oil and a special filter and informed us This is the type of business that one would have to question. Let me start by saying that I'm a pretty easy to please person. I don't expect much, just that I get what I pay for. So, when I paid my $26 for my car to be cleaned, that's exactly what I expected it to be - clean. But, now I sit here in my garage, having just wiped down my own interior and wheels, and I'm pretty ticked off that I didn't get what I paid for. I pulled in to this place this afternoon in my brand new, like still has paper plates new, Lincoln MKC and I sat there in the vacuum area like a goon for 5 or so minutes before someone finally came to help me. In the meantime, there were three employees in the vacuum area looking down at their phones. I tried asking one what I was supposed to do. He glanced up at me, gave me a "what's up" nod, and went right back to his phone. On a break, I suppose. Anyway, the guy that did finally come help me was very nice and asked what kind of wash I wanted. I'd never been here before, so I told him I just wanted it vacuumed and shined up - wheels and all. He told me it'd be $26. Sweet, sounds good. I go inside to pay. There's a man in front of me arguing with the cashier - who is offering up nothing to appease this guy - but still I press on, thinking that there's no way they could screw this whole car wash thing up. I mean, my car is brand stinkin' new. When it comes through the wash, all looks well, so I'm a happy camper. A guy runs over, drives it to the drying spot and gets to drying and shining and all that jazz. All the while, I'm inside (which is less than clean, to say the least) with my toddler and 5 year old. They were getting finicky, so I was pretty excited when the guy waved that my car was done. Wow, that was quick! Like, oddly quick, considering that he was the ONLY person outside finishing off these cars. I tip the guy, who was also very nice, and drive off. After unloading my kids at home, I go out to the driveway to look at my $26 wash job. Yeah, that's where the dissatisfaction comes in to play. The wheels were not even looked at, much less wiped down. There's still dust on the dash. The cargo area has the same little bit of fuzz in it as it did before I went; they didn't even open it up to try and vacuum. And there's smudges all over the door handles and interior. What a waste of money and time. Takes more than a little to disappoint me, but this place succeeded. Just wish I would've thought to look at Yelp before pulling in to that place. I would've been a loyal customer, but I'd rather drive all the way to good 'ol reliable Mister Car Wash before I'd ever drive the 1.2 miles to this place again. read more

I tried this car was a couple of times because I get the coupons in the mail. I tried "the works" package consists of a wash, foam wax, dressing on interior and exterior, wheel cleaner and air freshener. I did not like the scent to the air freshener so I know I can do without that the next time. The car was clean but there were many spots that were missing. I still had bird poop on the hood of my car.I am not one to be picky but when I pay almost $30 for a wash I like it to be clean. I bought a card loaded for 5 washes. The cashier rings me up for the current carwash including the card so for 6. I said no. Charge me for the card first and we'll use one of the 5 from card. She didn't get it. I kind of felt ripped off. But it's not terribly a big deal. They vacuum before it goes into the wet tunnel of soft clothed tentacles. It's a pretty long tunnel. You can follow it throughout the course and watch through glass windows or sit in a depressing sitting area and watch tv. Option 3, Lounge outside watch the guys who wipe down the remaining beads of water. Because, I could have sworn left a few bills for the toll in a compartment and it's no longer there. Sad. Decent job vacuuming my car out and the wash is automatic so I guess I can't complain there. The bathrooms are disgusting and there's no handsoap. I told the cashier about the lack of soap and she said "it's a soap and water mixture." No. It's water in a soap bottle. Really? This is a pretty decent car wash place. They do a good job, but it does take a long time. The oil change people always find something extra that needs to be done on your car, but I think that's standard practice for this industry. The inside the store workers are always helpful and pleasant. It's always clean and there's lots of indoor and outdoor seating while you wait. Plus they have a small children's play area, so it keeps the little ones busy. The two times I've had my car "super cleaned" (wax, shampoo carpets, etc.) they've done a great job, but I think the $120+ price tag is high, especially for a mid size or compact car read more

Why, oh why didn't I listen to these previous reviews?! I didn't even stay to let them touch my car. I pulled up, said I needed an oil change and an inspection on my 2010, base model Yaris. Without even popping the hood, the lady tells me I'm going to need some kind of special 6 month, 5k mile oil and it'll be $60 just for the oil change. WHAT?!? No, ma'am. I'm no car expert, but I'm not a moron either. After I told her no, I have always gotten a conventional oil change for my BASE car with no problem, she said she could do the conventional. So... If I NEED this fancy, overpriced oil, why would you then back track and say I don't? Oh, I know! Because you're a freaking LIAR! As if all of this blatant lying to my face weren't enough, when I got back in my car to leave, there was another car behind me and she stood in front of my car like she wasn't going to let me leave!
