Extremely disappointing. As a first time customer I was taken advantage of. I have pulled in to this place 4 times in the past 8 months, each time not knowing where to go or what to do. With no instruction on my 3rd visit I drove right up to the car wash, and was instructed to back up and go through one of the ports to get set up. I originally wanted a wash and oil change, but was overly frustrated and left after the car wash. The car wash was disappointing on its own having only wash about 75 percent of my mid size truck. Needless to say I got an oil change at another place. After being 2 months past my oil change date, I grew desperate on a Saturday afternoon and decided to go in and give them one last try. I pulled up to the port but not directly into one and waited for about 3 minutes. After watching employees work and walk around for those 3 minutes I pulled around to the caraway ports thinking I could get setup for the oil change and wash there, but there was no mention of an oil change there. So I parked my car off to the side and walked in. They said to pull directly up to the port and they would take me. I did as I was told. Upon pulling up I was greeted by a pleasant woman that asked me questions I didn't understand. Having moved to far from my oil change guys of over 5 years I had no idea what she was asking. I told her I just needed an oil change and car wash. She said to pull up closer and she would take care of the rest. The oil change only took about 10 minutes. Not bad at all. After the oil change I was confronted by the clerk and went to pay for the job. She said the oil change was $68.72. That seems high to me having only payed $35 for the past 5 years. So I asked what kind of car was they got me. She said it was the complimentary car wash that came with every oil change. To which I asked why was the oil change so expensive. She pointed out it was synthetic oil. I don't remember ever needing that so I asked to speak with the tech that serviced my vehicle. She said that all Mitsubishi's required synthetic oil. I've never been so blatantly lied to by a mechanic that I decided to not say anything. I wasn't about to argue with a mechanic AFTER they upsold me without asking. Had they asked me, I would have never agreed to a synthetic oil change. Conventional oil has never done me wrong and my last car lasted almost 24 years until the transmission gave out and I decided to upgrade. I do not appreciate someone taking the liberty to do what ever they want with my property. As I'm sure they wouldn't. Needless to say I will have 2 vehicles for the next 60+ years of my life somewhere else and give them my $20,000 business. Do not come here. They are not organized and do not communicate the necessary info to allow you the opportunity to not be swindled. read more

I hate this place with a passion. A couple years ago they locked my keys in my car and broke my car alarm trying to get them out. Had they just told me what they did I could have used my car door code to open my car. Their also beyond slow with their car washes and oil changes. My Daughter took her truck there for a detail cleaning because my granddaughter had vomited while in her car seat . My daughter waited 1+hrs to get her truck back (No problem there). On the course of her drive home she made a turn and the car seat with my granddaughter flips over. Of course naturally my daughter panics and almost get into a wreck. She was able to pull over and get everything under control.( Of course she was crying hysterically). She then calls the car-wash to inform them what had happen, (Not wanting anything in return) Spoke to the Manager .Manager says that it is not their policy to remove carseats & she was making it up. Decent prices, but don't be on a schedule to get somewhere thinking this is a quick in and out even just getting the basic wash package. I came on a Sunday morning around 10:30, and there are maybe a dozen cars here total. Could just be short staffed, but not seen one car pull out yet. Keep driving. I decided to get an oil change instead of changing it myself. First off, they have oil change prices posted on the wall.... that is not the price they charge you. Completely misleading. Saw a lot of bad reviews but this has been the place I always come to get my oil changed. Being a creature of habit I decided to come anyway. If you like to be cussed at by the manager, John, for asking why your car is not ready after 45 min of only an interior cleaning, if you like to be screamed at and told to "Get the F*CK outta my store", if you like to be put down and harassed in front of other customers... Then by all means go to 2920 Car Wash! After this happened I tried to talk to an owner and was told the only thing I could do was send an email. I did that and have not heard back at all. Plus, the exterior car wash was broken (that's why I was only getting the interior done) and there were only 2 employees there- John the manager and one other guy doing oil changes, etc. Still can't believe it was treated like that. Wish I could give it zero stars. Apparently this car wash is under new ownership. Avoid at all cost. I've gotten several oil/filter changes here in the past. I went today to do the same on my wife's Altima. I watched the "mechanic" tug and pull at something under the car. Turns out he couldn't get the filter cover off and was just yanking away at it. When I asked the manager offered to help him. When the oil change was done the cover was still hanging so I told them. The manager said it was ok then went below as I pointed it out he quickly put it back in place. After the car wash was done I get in and notice there are shoe prints in oil on the drivers floor mat. The wash guy acted like it was no big deal so I took it back to the oil change station. An employee did get it shampoo clean thankfully. Never again. read more

Ruben the cashier is rude and obnoxious. I am a regular customer that comes here to get his luxury automotive detailed. I forgot the coupon that was given to me at home and asked if I could get one for next time. Mind you I asked for next time not the current time. I then said 'As a customer service gesture it would be nice if you guys let people apply coupons the same time as it is not a big deal. He then responds with 'well you are making it a big deal'. I then assured Mr. Ruben, that no matter how wealthy a man is, if he/she can save money there is nothing wrong with that. He continued to run his mouth like a little lap dog but I had to take the higher road. There were 2 other ladies that overheard the conversation. Not going back until this rich 'cashier' Ruben is fired from 2929 because apparently he has issues with other customers also. I call it a little man syndrome and mid life crisis. Sadly, under the new owners, it is pretty dismal. The service is now pretty much Zero. I went to have the annual inspection and was eventually met by a very unfriendly greeter. The next person to help me was a very unhelpful argumentative mechanic . I am not confrontational and so decided to move on. i've been coming here for years and always got the $25 package. this morning, i dropped my car off like normal. told them i wanted the $25 package. he then pressured me over and over again into getting the $60-$80 package, which i told him over and over again that i'm not interested. which then he took my car and did the worst job on it. didn't vacuum, didn't clean floor mats, my windows, or my dash, like they have in the past. so i told them, i wanted my money back since i was very disappointed. he refused to give the refund back. so now he's lost a customer and a every 2 week car wash customer. read more

Just had the worst costumer service experience. We have been coming here for years and service has been deteriorating for the past two years. My wife brought her car in for detail, $150, after an accident with one of my daughter's speech and debate friends. They gave the car back to my wife wet and asked her to leave open till it dried. Once the car dried all the baking soda that my wife used originally for the accident resurfaced. We took the car back and the blaming game bagan, we explained we just needed the car re done in the area where there was baking soda and that was it. Agreed, and when we came back to pickup the car it was wet again. So I told the man that I was taking the car wet again but if it dried and baking soda resurfaced I will bring it back. To make a longer story short, I ended up in a shouting match with this young man named Arron and his colleague. They were very disagreeable and even said they will not return my money if it did not work. Arron even dare to blame my wife by saying he never guaranteed anything to my wife to begin with. Nevertheless I will no longer bring any of my three cars here. I HIGHLY recommend no one bring there car here, I don't know what is going on but this is not the way you treat costumers that are paying for service. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I went in just to get my seats shampood, and because the wash was only $7 more, I went for that too. I waited for two hours, only to find out that instead of shampooing my seats, they detailed my interior. I then had to wait another thirty minutes while they hastily shampooed my seats. In the process of shampooing the seats, they scratched up the paint in my door wells. I noticed this when I got home and immediately went back to make them aware of this. They told me that only a manager could evaluate such claims, and since no manager was on site that day, I filed a complaint and waited for them to act on it. When nobody called after four days, I called them, and the manager wasn't even aware of what had happened. He told me to come in and he would take a look. When I went back, the highly unfriendly manager vehemently denied that their hoses would cause damage to the paint on a vehicle, and then rudely told me to get my story straight. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place, and I suggest that you avoid this business like the plague. Rude, incompetent employees and high prices is all you will get. read more

Came in to get my 2014 Silverado cleaned. The directions and packages were explained to me in detail. I went inside and the atmosphere was very welcoming. All the staff were very friendly. I had asked for a full detail, and was very satisfied with the end result. The insides were cleaned very nicely, and outside shined better than when I bought it new. A few months ago, I took my truck in for a wash. I had some change (about $5) along with a limited edition Nike gift card (made of tin) which had about $75 on it in the ash tray with the change. Wouldn't you know it, one of the car clan guys stole my money and the gift. I complained to the mgr and he acted like it was my fault. I only really just wanted the gift card back but this guy was not working to resolve my issue in the least bit. So if you want to be ripped off or get a 1/2 decent car wash, take your auto to this place. I surely will never again. read more

I come to this place all the time and usually have no problems. After today I will never come back. I had a coupon for an oil change+free car wash at $28.99. I pull up and tell the maintenance guy that I have a coupon for the oil change and car wash, he says ok and promptly takes my keys. He comes back in like 10 minutes later and tells me I need my air filter changed, I told him to go ahead and do it. This is where my experience goes sour. The cashier comes over and tells me I owe her 80 dollars! I only had $40 cash, so I asked her if I could pay half in cash and the rest on my card. She stared at me like I was an idiot and said "No, we don't do that here." So I give her my card already angry and she runs it. I then look at my receipt and ask if they had applied my coupon. She said that it was my fault I didn't tell her about the coupon, she didn't know what to tell me because she couldn't refund me, and next time I needed to tell her. As I stated before, I come here all the time and I've never had such a problem with applying a coupon. She was just rude and shouldn't work in customer service if she doesn't know how to talk to people. If you like to wait for a long time and have the cashier treat you horribly then stop on in. Horrible customer service and very pushy sales folks. They hide an extra fee for SUV fee in small writing and when I asked about the upcharge cashier got very angry immediately and in a very loud mean voice told me to "read the sign". No explanation, just "read the sign". My car was not cleaned well, the dashboard was dusty and when I inquired about some dirt on the bumper, the guy with the towel said it would not come off. With my finger I swiped it off in front of him. He used his towel to get the rest off. I decided after the way I was treated and embarrassed by the condescending remark from the cashier, and on top of that, to pay for a car wash and not be satisfied, I would not come back. They are not worth my time or money. This was fall of 2011. My mother just went there (October 2012) and called me with a horror story mirroring mine. She parked further from entrance while she organized her paperwork. Sales guy knocked on her window and was very pushy. When she asked him to give her a minute, he kept selling to her. She asked him again to wait, but he didn't stop. Finally when she decided on a premium package- the sales guy repeatedly told her "that's not what you want" and tried to upsell her numerous times. Even after she told him she had no time for a detail. When she went to pay, she showed a coupon on her smart phone to the cashier, who right away got angry and told her he can't accept it since it's not printed out. With his tone of voice, they got into a heated debate. She was upset because they coupon did not ask for a printed version, just said show the cashier. From the start the cashier jumped into defense mode , even When she tried to explain that she had no way of printing it put, he pointed to the stack of papers she was carrying and asked her how she was able to print out a boarding pass, again in a very condescending manner. This was AFTER she had already agreed to pay the entire amount! She was signing the receipt and he just kept on going. He kept fighting her and yes, YELLING. By the way the coupon was for 5 dollars off. $5 off would have meant a return from that customer. Now she will never go back. She was so angry at them and asked to speak with a manger; his response was that he was the manager. When she picked up her car dashboard she noticed the dashboard was dusty, even after paying her premium package. My conclusion is the customer service is not a priority. They must not be hurting for business, since they treat you as a number. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Had no idea they had changed hands until I just saw it on the previous post. That explains the poor job I got yesterday. I paid for gold car wash which includes undercarriage wash. They waved me that my car was done, went out & the entire length of lower panel on side of car still had mud on it. I pointed it out & he said they should have power wash in prepping so he took it back & did that then brought it to me. I took it home & my husband went to put things back in my trunk & they never vacuumed the trunk. I called & was informed on SUV they vacuum the back but not in cars unless requested. Never have I been to any car wash & not gotten my trunk cleaned. They said bring it back & they would, I should not have to bring it back, it should have been done right the first time. This place is now under new management, and gift cards purchased before new management are no longer accepted - even if you purchased a $115 gift card for detailing. While trying to figure out how I can be reimbursed or contact old management, the new manager was so unhelpful and hung up on me (I was firm on the phone, but did not cuss). When I called back, I was hung up on twice more. If I could give no star I would! "Horrible" is an understatement for this place. I hope you take your business elsewhere. Horrible experience! $180 in damages to my car and they still charged me for the oil change. That $5 coupon is not worth it! Synopsis: The technicians were actually very professional and honest, accidentally broke a valve stem off and informed me right away. The "service" desk immediately denied any such occurance took place, I had to go get the broken piece for them to believe me. Then the "management" first offered to pay for the damages, until I told them it was a special order item that could only be replaced by the dealer and was not going to cost the $5 that he estimated, Five minutes later he took some photos from his cell phone and reluctantly submitted a write-up to the corporate office. A few days later, "corporate" informed me this was a pre-existing condition and they were not responsible. My argument that this was not physically possible (dealer informed me they are aluminum, do not rust, and was likely leaned on during the inflation process) held no bearing. They were obviously not concerned with my repeat business or the sub standard BBB rating. - I never write reviews, too much effort, but felt a responsibility to the general public to not let this happen to anyone else. Tip: Go someplace else! Don't fall for the coupon, it will be very costly in the end! read more

Went in Valentines week and had the wife's vehicle get the full treatment....150 buck with carpets shampooed etc..... Walked the vehicle and of course there were areas that I pointed out that weren't clean and I could wipe with my hand and or fingernail.....not very impressed. Went in for a "works" deal they had on a coupon and didn't print out the coupon.....and asked that they go ahead and honor the $2 off and they would get my business, nope no way not gonna happen...."We have to have the coupon!" Wow, REALLY?....I know it's a policy thing....but hey, here's an idea.....how about getting the $25 bucks instead of losing a customer.....I backed up and left.....it's not the 2 dollars, it's the principle of the idea.....in today's technology, you should allow a customer to just show you the email on their phone, or better yet, just mention the deal.....as a business owner myself I would NEVER let a customer leave when I have a chance to gain them for longevity....you make a customer happy and make them feel like they are getting a deal, they WILL come back....just sayin....I will go elsewhere from here on out....Good luck staying in business by turning away customers. read more

This is the shittiest management! We were miss charged, then couldn't be refunded, so they gave us cash then over charged us for the cleaning!! THEN they told us they'd take off a $10 SUV charge (that's not written anywhere) but they didn't take it off! AND the dumbass cashier didn't even gives us our change back!! Sent our manager with our company car for an oil change and inspection. They performed flush services that were unauthorized and then refused to release the car until everything was paid for. Ended up paying over $250 in total. Their lube "manager", Paulie, was very rude and dispectful - when I told him I wanted to talk to the "head manager" about the services performed, I was told "know what you're talking about hommie before you come in". My 81 year old grandmother took her car here for an oil change and they did not put oil back into her car. Needless to say the car needed a new engine. Finally got in contact with the owner after many attempts and was told he would only pay for the damage if they were to do the repair work at the oil change shop themselves.
